Broke too soon
The feather tassel broke off at the top and left a sharp metal point. And they give you a replacement but it’s another ball. So now there’s 2 balls but my cats won’t play with it. Wasted money.Easy to assemble size is really small.

Better for kittens and smaller cats
My cat is pretty small, so I don’t have any problems with the product. It was easy to assemble and my cat seemed to like it. The product is quite small, and if I measure it from the base it is 17 inches long. But, again, this was not a problem for me. The only reason I’m not leaving a 5-star review is because it doesn’t give the measurements of the product on the page, and if it does, it isn’t very visible.

Super small and cheaply made
The feathers pulled right off when my cat played with it shreaded the scratching post in 24 hours and had all three ball toys ripped off in 3 hours

Easy assembly
Nice product for the price, easy assembly (5 min.).Comes with 2 grey springs and one feather spring to choose from. He enjoys the feather spring attachment. The rope posts spins without extreme effort for the kitten. I have cat trees downstairs’ that he uses to sharpen his claws, but he has been clawing at a chair in my bedroom, hoping this will deter that behavior. Happy with the purchase

Broke after a month
It was a good tower, easy to put together and quality seamed good. The problem was the the bottom folds in half and when set up a large washer and single bolt keeps it from fold when set up. My cat like to lay down and pull the tower towards her doing this we was able to break the wood base where the washer and screw are, she is not over weight and broke it only using her strength.
