Our pets love these!
I buy these for our feral cat houses, and our MinPin. She refuses to wear a sweater, but sits and shivers all day, or lays on a heat vent! The outdoor cats lay on them inside their houses, they’re a nice cushion for them.
KDT –

My cat loves laying on this mat and sleeping on it!

Self-Heating cat bed mat.
This was purchased to put in an AUPETEK Cat Bed for my barn cat. The mat stays warm on the coldest of days without electricity – the mat retains the cat’s body heat and keeps the cat warm. I recommend this item! As I mentioned – I use it with the Aupetek Cat Bed. I don’t know how it would work by itself. But I highly recommend buying the two items to use together.
Careful Mom –
The reflective heating material is aluminum, not vinyl.
The webpage of the Aupetek pet warming pad says that the heating material is vinyl, but the printed paper that came with the mat says that the material is aluminum. The sound made when lightly squeezing a single thickness of the mat does demonstrate that one of the layers inside is a thin crunchy material, apparently aluminum foil.If I had known that the mat contained aluminum, I would not have bought it, but I decided to keep it because we really need something for our cat. I normally lay a few towels on our sofa for her as a bed, but this year the weather where we are is very cold, and our cat is old and sick, put I the mat right on the sofa underneath her towels. She seems to tolerate the crunchy sound and she seems to like her bed just fine. And thereâs no direct contact with the aluminum.

They like it!
I liked the size as I have 2 stray kitties that like to hang out on my porch. They love it. I catch them sleeping on it often.
