COMPATIBLE WITH PAWS DOG BOOTS: Paws Jawz works with most types of balloon boots for dogs, including the popular Paws rubber boots. The scissor jaw mechanism opens and closes with ease. For extra small dog boots and small dog rain boots.
NAIL AND FUR-FRIENDLY DESIGN: Paws Jawz helps guide the paw straight into the boot without catching their toenails and fur. It’s a gentle and easy way to get those disposable dog booties on, and save your floor, carpet and furniture.
THE EASY SIZE GUIDE: The correct size of Paws Jawz corresponds with your dog’s boot size. Choose Paws Jawz Small for tiny, xx-small, or x-small dog booties. Choose Paws Jawz Medium for Small or Medium dog booties. Choose Paws Jawz Large for Large or X-Large Dog Booties.
PROUDLY MADE IN CANADA: As dog parents ourselves, we understand the love and care you have for your furry friend. Protect dog paws in winter and summer, don’t stress about hot pavement, lawn chemicals, salt and harsh snow. Enjoy your walks and take care!

I wish I had gotten this sooner!
Our dog had problems with dragging her back legs and the tops of her feet and nails were getting scuffed up. We needed to buy booties to protect her feet. We tried so many different things, all of them not great until we found the paws booties. Those were the best option of the bunch, but it was still such a struggle to get them on her easily. After a couple weeks of struggling, I happened to see the paws jawz and decided to try it. Oh man, I really wish I found it sooner! It made putting on the booties a hundred times easier! The hardest part is putting the balloon on the jawz itself because every once and a while it will slip off. But even that it pretty easy. Once it is on the jawz, I just slip it over my dog’s paws and open the jawz and boom, done! So easy!

there is a way to use this contraption and it works!
i have two rescued toy breeds. one refuses vehemently to put pawz on, but with this tool i was able to put them on by myself without my dogs fighting me.i think the trick is to hold your dog in the way groomers do when they cut their nails for their hind legs. first watch how youtube groomers do the nail cuts for hind legs. for the front legs just hold them gently yet firm and stretch the leg slightly toward their head (not the other way round or toward the side) and slip the boots on minding their nails (try to hold their toes together while nudging it inside the rubber). for me switching sides of your hug (left to right or vise versa for each front legs) helped.after slipping them on NEVER close the tool first and then try to take the rubber off the tool! if in haste you close the tool with your dog’s leg still in it, your dog will get seriously hurt. you must gently nudge the pawz mouth one side after the other while still holding the tool open.

    Awkwardly Works !
It works but… Product’s comfort is a little awkward , but as soon as you get the hang of it it works with the rubber boots but maneuvering the dog’s paw and holding claw in the other hand is a little awkward until you get used to it.

A must have for application of the Pawz booties
This tool should be sold in a starter kit with only one full set of booties. This makes it very easy to put them on your pet and in my opinion is a must have so you and your dog end up loving the booties instead of hating having to put them on. Seriously this company needs to make a starter kit and then the regular multi use bootie packs. And it may be helpful if they do multi size pack since most times the measurements are off and you really do better with one size above the recommended sizing for your dogs feet even if you have the box or exact measurements of your dogs feet. Be careful though when you order the paws jaws as their sized and only fit two to three different sizes of booties so make sure to get the right size bootie.

    Works i guess
Disapointing for the pice. it works but cheap plastic with no spring. so with one hand you have to sqeeze put foot in and re open it wilst taking the balloon shoe off. doable but akward. almost easier just to put them on by hand.

    Could be useful if…
Maybe if I knew how to use it better I wouldn’t have made my little man cry a few times trying to get the balloon booties on. I finally gave up because i just could NOT figure out how to release the bootie without pinching the heck out of his arthritic feet and ankles and making him cry. Not easy to use at all, at least for some people, and i like to think of myself as highly capable. 🤷‍♀️ IMO, they’re not very functional. All of that being said, if you can figure out how to use it, it seems like it is high quality, durable, and the grip was comfortable in my hand.

    This works perfectly!
I have a tiny dog who needs shoes on her hind feet. I was having no luck getting the Paws rubber shoes on her until I found this product. It works great! The shoes go onto the holder very easily, and I can then slide my dog’s foot right into the shoe.

    Helps to put on.boots.
It was a little awkward at first but, it gets easier as I used it more often. I think the boots are made a lot tighter than last year. All in all it’s a helpful product.
