Nice, comfortable harness
I bought this for our 7 lb. Pomeranian girl because it’s a battle every morning to put on her step-in harness. I’m usually the first one up, so I’m trying by myself to get both of her legs into the harness at the same time. It’s quite the challenge because she’s hungry, thus impatient, and is turning circles on the kitchen table while I’m trying to put the harness on her. This typically results in one leg being in the harness and the other one out, and I almost always get some fur caught in the snap, so it takes me five or six tries before her harness is on correctly and we’re ready to go outside before breakfast. This SlowTon harness looked as if it might be easier to put on, and many purchasers mentioned that it was comfortable as well, so I decided to order it. I tried it the morning after it arrived at our house, and I was impressed by how padded and soft the harness felt. Our girl doesn’t like having anything going on over her head (like flea collars) so she isn’t thrilled when I put it on her, but I really like that the strap goes under her body and snaps on the side. It’s easier/faster for me, and there’s less of a tendency for her fur to get caught in the plastic snap. Someone mentioned that they were concerned their dog’s fur would get caught in the Velcro straps used to make adjustment, but we haven’t had a problem with that. The only disadvantage I’ve found is that when our Pommie licks the treat in her Bento ball the strap that goes under her chin gets wet, but it doesn’t appear to bother her. As others have said, the sizing is perfect and the harness seems to be much more adjustable than others we’ve had. We always leash her with the ring that’s attached to the top of the harness instead of the one in front; because the front ring clinked on her water bowl when she got a drink and was distracting–my husband cut it off. By the way, that one is metal, not plastic; I’m not sure what the top ring is made of. I’ve ordered several other harnesses in the past and returned them because they felt a little heavy for a small dog, but as others have said, this one is lightweight. We haven’t tried the leash yet, but I’m sure we will at some point. Another reviewer mentioned that the company had reached out to them to thank them for purchasing the product and to find out if it had arrived in good condition and worked well. The same happened with us; I got an email (plus the actual harness) from the company 3 days after I placed my order. That showed me that this is a company that cares about its customers and stands behind its products. Overall, I’m very happy with this harness. I think it’s the best one we’ve had so far and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

Fit my female Bichon frise perfectly!
I got a size XS and it fit my little female Bichon friar exactly. I did the measurements of course. I love how easy it is to slip on over her head, and then one click and itâs on securely. Itâs very soft against her neck and chest. My dog likes to pull so this harness along with the included bungee type leash is perfect. Now she doesnât choke herself from excitement when she wants to run. Itâs lightweight, itâs got reflective stitching for nighttime walks, the harness and leash are adjustable, for the perfect fit, and it comes in lots of colors! Canât beat the price!

Better than 5 stars
Bought my first one for my new French bulldog puppy. It fit her perfectly. It must be comfortable because she likes it. Itâs so well made and adjustable. Thereâs reflective stitching which I really like. The grab handle is very convenient and the ring for hooking up the leash is sturdy. She is now 7 months old and on her second one. I never considered a different one. If she gets bigger and out grows this one Iâll definitely order this harness again.

Smooth design with soft features
The harness is fine but does not have the overall support or coverage as the ones with wider fabric backs. We got a medium size for our 12 week old Goldendoodle to grow into so it runs large for now. The leash has an adjustable length but its a bit easy to loosen up and extend if you use it frequently as we do. Our dog seems to like it overall. The leash has a nice bungi section which helps with control. The pink color is nice and has some reflective material on it.

I was really pleased with the color, fit and quality of the leash and harness. Medium worked great for my 14 pound Aussie. I especially like that the neck is lower on the chest so my pup does not choke! Most harnesses fit too high – but this one hits mid-chest. Fits very well and secure. the upper D-ring is designed to distribute the pull evenly.

The only think I didnât like is the leash. I used my old one, which works great with it. Easy to put on, and click together. Soft, and not hard, just firm enough for my chihuahua. I bought the XXS, he is only 5 pounds.

Love the padding on the harness, unfortunately my pup had some rubbing from previous harness, the plastic buckle on this harness was not durable to a 12 lb dog who likes to chew on things. If your dog doesnât chew, this is a great harness.

We love them & they love them!
The slight adjustability in these makes all the difference in the world. We got an XS for aChihuahua and a Small for our Border terrier. We have tried 3 other harnesses on the border and nothing truly fit her until we tried these. Even though they are thicker with some padding since itâs only 2 straps they wear them with comfortable in hot & soupy weather. The leashes were an added bonus we didnât know we needed! When I ordered them I didnât realize the leashes came as part of the deal. Both the harness & leash have reflective stitching that shows well in headlights & the elasticity (small bungy area) gives the leashes just enough pull to reduce and usually eliminate coughing if they lurch at their friends forgetting the leash it connected. The colors are vibrant. Everything seems very well made! Well worth the price!

Fits our 4lb long coat chihuahua perfectly. Stops her from pulling on the leash. She walks next to us as if she was perfectly trained to do so. Good quality. Will see how it holds up to daily walks. Appears very comfortable for her and she seems to like it better than a straight collar. Would highly recommend for dogs that pull when wearing a plain collar. Different size works perfectly for our 11lb mini Aussie as well. Yes she is way below what a mini Aussie weighs but again works for both dogs.

We had a challenging time finding a harness that would fit our chihuahua puppy. This works and looks super cute. I am a little worried about the ring to clip the leash to is plastic. I will be replacing it with a metal one for more durability. Seriously considering getting one for my lab as well.
