Boots stay on and customer service is great, but…
I originally tried the hi-top boots but they were so rigid my dog wouldn’t budge in them. I exchanged for the soft sole boots and the customer service was excellent. These boots stay on even in deep snow, but they are definitely not waterproof. They are also not durable, and have started to fray and develop small holes where the seams are and where the sole attaches to the nylon upper. I know they won’t last forever with regular use, but I was disappointed to see signs of wear and tear after only 3 leash walks on packed snow. They definitely won’t last a whole winter!
