Comfortable and works well.
This looks to be well made and we love the color. It’s adjustable so it fits just right. It comes with a chrome ring on the lead so it makes it easy to secure my dog

great harness for no pull
we got a rescue a few years ago that has to be walked on a leash. she came with this harness which we kept on her all the time to make it easier to take her out multiple times a day. it had got old and the foam was wearing off so i went looking for another and found a great deal. i ordered the red one for less then 10 dollars! these harness are great for wearing all the time as they are soft and comfortable and rub no skin or hair.

Best No-Pull Harness Iâve Ever Used
When I first saw this harness, I was skeptical because of its minimalist, lightweight look, however, this is the best no-pull harness Iâve ever used. I have a 60 pound, barrel-chested dog who notoriously pulls when he gets excited. Most harnesses just turn him into a sled dog and make him pull harder, but this harness is fantastic at correcting him, without being painful. Nothing is perfect, so he still pulls on it sometimes, but Iâve been using it for 3 months and it has definitely made our walks 100x easier. (Size Medium fit him perfectly.)

Good product, but Sporn and Yuppie Puppy are not exactly the same
I purchased a Sporn Harness a few weeks ago from a local retail store at a cost of about 30% more than the price here. I left it on my dog (I knew better) and she chewed it up. This is a dog that has a knee injury that may heal without surgery provided I keep her from from lunging/running/jumping for a few months, so this is very useful, she responds to a tug and settles down, but still it easier on her than a control collar. So I went back to the retail store for a replacement but they were out of them. so I found these on Internet cheaper and ordered 3 of them for my lame dog and a stubborn Chi-weenie I have, and my sister’s wacky dog. When I got them I saw that the brand name was not Sporn, but Yuppie Puppy. nowhere on the package does it mention Sporn, although Sporn apparently owns Yuppie Puppy. The Yuppie Puppy brand harnesses are made in China, my original Sporn Harness did not state that as it’s origin. Now these are very similar to my Sporn harness that my dog chewed up, very close, but on examination I find that it appears, while I would still say good quality, not quite as good quality as my original Sporn brand name harness. The black leash part is not as wide, and the red leash and mesh surrounding material is softer on the Sporn brand harness. I called Sporn and the customer service answered promptly, and the lady told me that the Yuppie Puppy products are older. I think that the actual Sporn labeled products have some minor improvements in the materials, but all in all, I don’t think it matter too many rat’s tushes, and the the Yuppie Puppy brand harnesses are about 30% cheaper. I speculate that Yuppie Puppy was a brand name that Sporn probably purchased, and they took good products and made them a little better. So all in all, being cheaper than the newer Sporn incarnation, and I would say only a slightly inferior, and still of good quality, it is probably a wash, either one is fine, both work well, and I expect both will last as long, and the dog will not know the difference between them. At the price I got these I would have given it 5 stars, except for the confusion I describe here.

Works Great for our Jack Russell Terrier
I have bought a lot of stuff online, and I have written a lot of reviews. This is by FAR the best thing I ever bought. Our Jack Russel Terrier is a 20 lb ball of muscle, and pulls so hard his tongue turns blue. Someone told me about this type of collar so I thought I’d give it a try.Well I tried it today for the first time and it worked like a charm! He didn’t pull at ALL, and the collar did not seem to bother him at all! His walk is about one mile and for the first time ever, the whole mile was a pleasure. It’s as if he never pulled before. Even as I write this I am still blown away at how well it worked. In the past, all the training we used to try only worked temporarily. As soon as he got a whiff of something interesting all the training went out the window. Well all that is history now and I am looking forward to many more pull-free walks. For sizing, we got the medium and we had to adjust it down quite a bit but then it fit perfectly. I think the small would’ve been a little tight. Our Jack Russell is a stocky little muscle-man!In case I haven’t been clear, I will summarize by saying I LOVE this thing!!!!!4/7/11 Additional Details: I’ve been meaning to edit this for a couple of weeks. I think in the beginning our dog didn’t pull probably because he felt the padded straps around his body and it felt foreign to him. That’s the only explanation I can think of. He’s back to pulling again, BUT…he’s still WAY easier to handle with this collar. And he doesn’t choke himself. He looks like he’s pulling pretty hard, but it doesn’t feel like he’s pulling that hard. I think it boils down to the balance the collar provides. For example, if you can imagine trying to lift and move a heavy object let’s say a really big flat rock; If you try to hold on to it by just a little corner on one end it’ll be very difficult. Now let’s say there was a convenient handle right in the middle of the rock. You’d be able to lift and maneuver it much easier. Same principal with the collar. So although he’s back to pulling again, it really does him no good at all. He’s still so much easier to handle. I still love the collar and I’ll keep the five stars!

I have had dogs all my life, and honestly, this is the BEST harness I have ever had! Our dog is a rescue, and extremely stressed when putting on a harness, she must have been through some severe trauma, because the “click” sound when snapping in the buckle on most harnesses would have her shaking, crying and very scared. That is why this one is a god sent for me! Easy on, easy off, not a peep from her! She no longer hides when we bring out this harness, she gets excited! I never usually write reviews, but I am just so happy with this product! And the price was very reasonable, I won’t be using any other harness ever, thank you 😉

This is the third one that I have bought . They are perfect for my cavaliers. Light and strong and comfortable yet effective. When the dog pulls they tighten around the body rather than the neck and the pressure stops when the dog stops pulling. I am still using the ones I bought years ago. Only bought a new one so the dog boarder had a clean one. The only downside is that they are quite expensive, they come from America so probably the tax makes them dear, but they last indefinitely. Donât know how they would perform on a big strong dog, but they are perfect on my spaniels.
