A must have
I am a college student and my roommates HATE when I use a space heater but I have the basement room of our rental, so I was looking for an alternative that they would be more cool with. This blanket is that solution! It keeps me perfectly warm through the night, but it definitely has to be COLD to use it because it holds in heat so well that if itâs warm out then Iâm sweating when I wake up. I only use it on the lowest setting over night but itâs perfect. I also like turning it onto the higher setting for an hour while Iâm making dinner/cleaning before bed and then shutting it off and getting into a cozy bed. Itâs super easy to use! But I wish the display dimmed or turned off cause it can be bright in a dark room. Itâs not overly thick, holds in heat, and is perfect for a inbetween sheet and comforter blanket. The cords are long which helps reach the outlets without creating a tripping hazard. And I like that it has dual sides, so I can warm half of the bed and keep the other half cool in case I get overheated. Plus my partner sleeps better in the cold so he doesnât want it on when he stays. Overall, itâs great. I got it on sale, Iâd buy it full price! But the downside is that it makes getting out of bed in the morning hard as I want to stay cozy in my blankets haha!

Really has a long heart, the last one I had had a short one. I like this one better. I don’t know which one heats better but this one seems to work good. I like the time or better. Seems like a good product to me. I would buy another one. Matter of fact I might get my wife one for Christmas. She has a bigger bed. I have to sleep sleep back in the room by myself. I’m disabled. Can’t walk. It’s nice and soft to me. Has a nice texture to it. My wife needs one. I think I might get her a queen size. Hope it has two heat controls. I like being able to turn it up to 12 hours when I feel like it couldn’t do that on my old one either. It ran out at 12:00 on this one. If it’s at 6:00 you can go ahead and turn that back up to 12. You can really leave it on all day if you want to. Hadn’t had it that long. I hope it lasts.

Iâve had this blanket for 2 years it does what itâs supposed to and Iâve never had a single regret. After all these years itâs still soft after multiple washes. Itâs so warm Iâve never put it past level 4. This is worth the money.

Soft and Works Great
Bought this heated blanket to replace an older Sunbeam heated blanket that had finally pooped out after twenty years.I was pleasantly surprised at how much softer this newer version is and at the improved connection port for the cord. I like to keep my bedroom window open essentially all fall and winter and, while we’ve only had two nights get down to freezing so far this year, the blanket heats very well and keeps me warm even at low settings. I think the highest setting I used for the freezing nights was a four and I was toasty all night.The only reason I couldn’t give this blanket a full five stars is that, unlike the older version, it doesn’t hold onto the heat or time settings from one use to the next, so I have to reset it nightly. Additionally, the settings screen is BRIGHT and makes my entire room glow blue if I don’t turn it face down. The older version had a soft orange glow that didn’t contaminate the room with unnecessary light and I really wish they’d stuck to a similar light for this one.Even with the annoyances listed above, I’d highly recommend this heated blanket if you’re looking for something lightweight and washable that works well. Hopefully it lasts as long as my old one!

Iâve had this blanket a few weeks and I love it. Saves a ton on heating bills! Even if it were to cost the same, it keeps me much warmer than having the wall furnace in the living room on full blast while I sleep in the bedroom. (No furnace in the bedroom).It gets warm pretty quickly. Yes itâs thin and you can feel the wires but I think thatâs the point. If it were thick, then the blanket material would insulate the user from the heat of the wires. The point is to feel the heat of the wires, which requires less insulation, so it only makes sense to have thinner blanket material.I use a sheet under the blanket and a comforter over it. I barely notice the wires.I got this brand name electric blanket because I read numerous reviews of another electric blanket that has a nearly 5.0 rating stating that it stopped working after three months and the customer care was nonexistent. In contrast, I figure that SunBeam will stand behind its product. Yes a bit more expensive but not too bad.I had an electric blanket as a kid and then didnât have one for about 40 years. Wow, I waited way too long!!! I had forgotten how comfortable it is not to freeze in my bed while I wait for my body heat and breath to warm it up!I really recommend this blanket. Just keep in mind that Iâve only had it a few weeks as Iâm writing this, so I canât speak to longevity.Update: Iâve had this blanket a few months, and I still love it! Yes, it can seem a little uneven in the heating sometimes, but itâs not too bad, and Iâm not sure if any other blanket would be better. We are still taking about the same technology, and I think that all reasonably priced wires are predisposed to that.I have the dual control king/cal king, and I turn both sides in to the same setting since I sleep alone. Yah itâs great. I highly recommend it!

Great For Snuggling
I enjoy using this heated banket when there is just a nip of cool/cold air. I don’t like to turn on the heat in my whole house because it gets too warm. Usin the blanket is perfect and if it geet to warm with the blanket, I can just turn down the setting or turn it off for a bit. Saves on energy bill and my times of getting over heated while sleeping. It als comes in handy while snuggling on the couch watching tv, reading or just relaxing.

Really happy with my choice of a Sunbeam electric blanket. I read numerous electric blanket online reviews and decided on Sunbeam as they are a trusted name in electrical appliances as well as being very affordable too. The blanket was delivered ahead of schedule much to our delight (in time for the cold weather). The material is soft to touch and the colour is true to it’s online description and photo. It fits our king size bed comfortably with enough width to drape over both sides of our bed. We pop the blanket on to warm about 5-10 mins before we hop in bed. There are adjustable temperatures depending on how cold you are and how warm you want your bed to be. We love the dual controls as my hubby turns in earlier than I do. He hated me waking him up with my cold hands and feet when I came to bed .. oh the joys of married life ha ha : ) ( : We both love our electric blanket we really do and agree it’s the best item we’ve bought for our home and comfort in a long time.
