The Best Olive Oil Dispenser
This is my favorite oil dispenser. I just drizzled olive oil over salmon and it dispensed the perfect amount of oil, no waste. But even better, there is no drip mess to clean up. The pour spout is clean! The bottle is clean. I even set it on a paper towel afterwards to see if there was any leaky mess, and there was none.This oill dispenser is comfortable in the hand. It holds about 15 ounces. The whole thing was easy to clean. I dropped the pour spout/stopper into a mason jar of hot soapy water then cleaned it thoroughly with a q-tip and easily cleaned even down into the pour spout.The price is good because this is a quality product. The white porcelain glaze is the perfect compliment to my white Le Creuset salt & pepper shakers, my white Sweese butter dish and other oil & vinegar bottles I have. It also goes well with my white stoneware dish set. So the white isn’t a bright, chalky white and it’s not that yellowish off-white either. Just a great, clean white.I purchased this when it said there was 1 left in stock and now there are no more white ones. I would like to buy 1 or 2 more. I will keep checking the stock. I noticed a couple of other colors are out of stock as well, so I am hoping this is not a closeout item. I would just buy it if you are looking at it, they might not have it when you go back.

I buy a very large bottle of olive oil and was always trying to block off part of the lid to get a smaller stream to use with balsamic vinegar on my salads. Even for sauteing, I probably poured more than I needed to with the opening on the bottle. I have a mister, but that provides too little oil for most things. Although I planned to keep this in my kitchen cabinet where I keep my refill bottle of oil, I leave it out since it’s an opaque jar (light isn’t good for oils) and looks attractive on my countertop. Of the options, I thought this was also a good price.

Homemade Vanilla Dispenser
I plan to use this for dispensing my homemade vanilla (pictured). The color is absolutely gorgeous and will keep all light out. I like that it came with two types of spouts. Completely seals without any leaking when pouring. The ceramic feels heavy and well crafted. The volume capacity is perfect since I make about 16 oz of vanilla at a time. I like that it pours without dripping. Comes in tons of colors. Considering buying more for my cooking oils. 16 oz mason jar for size reference.

The old dispenser was knocked off the counter and died a horrible and messy death. Fortunately the loss wasnât severe, even though the dispenser served us well through many years. Alas, my wife after disposing of the remains commissioned me to find a suitable replacement. After many hours (okay minutes) of research, I found one that was not immediately rejected. My sympathies to Rachel Ray, her vessel was deemed too large. After a few days wait this dispenser arrived and so far has not been rejected and has indeed performed admirably. I recommend.

Manufacturing Defect Leads to Leaking After 5 Months
This olive oil dispenser started promisingly but proved deeply disappointing. When I purchased it in August 2024, it seemed like a quality product. However, after just 5 months of use exclusively with extra virgin olive oil, it developed a concerning defect – a slow leak that I could not pinpoint at first.Upon closer inspection with a flashlight in a dark room, I discovered what appears to be a manufacturing flaw: a hairline crack running the entire length of the bottle. The visible line and finish suggest there may have been a repair attempt before the exterior finish was applied. This explains why it held up initially before failing.The apparent quality control issues are particularly frustrating given that my previous cruet served reliably for decades. Having to dispose of this bottle after less than 6 months of light use is unacceptable. In my opinion, olive oil dispensers should last for years. I cannot recommend this product due to apparent manufacturing defects and poor quality control.
