Almost perfect!
Very well constructed! Fit like a charm! I bought the large for my 35 lb samoyed, as she had outgrown her small harness from two years ago. While I miss the seatbelt loops on the old harness, I am very happy with this new one. It is easy to put on and she doesnât shy away from it because she doesnât have to stick her head through anything. It is not stretched out as far as it will go so she still has some wiggle room if she gains weight. It all feels very safe and secure, and it matched her White Pine martingale collar color perfectly l.

Good for my dog who has trachea problems
My dog canât wear a collar when walking cause he has trachea problems, so we need to get a harness that doesnât rest too much on his chest. This harness works well. Even though my dog tugs, it doesnât make him cough. The harness seems durable. Itâs also reflective which is good to walk at night. The color is also very vibrant.

My Son Like the idea of the Reflector on it.
I purchased this harness for my son’s dog. My son stated his dog almost got hit at night by a speeding car. He is hoping that if his dog is being walked at night or just happens to be running out at night that the reflector will help be seen. He also like the orange color, looked good on his brown dog.

Perfect for both our dogs
After our pup outgrew a different step-in harness, we gave this one a try. Easy to adjust, fits well and seems very comfortable for her. For reference, she weighs about 60 pounds and her chest circumference is 31″. We purchased a large. Highly recommend.Update: adopted a second dog and purchased the same harness for her. Works great for both dogs and seems to help with pulling, too!

Flawed design
I was looking for a step in leash and unfortunately this did not work out. Color was true to advertising and stitching appeared to be of good quality.Design flaw – the adjustable straps are not independent and as you adjust the straps, the body of the harness becomes off centered. This will lead to chaffing.

My dog does not like over the head harness especially if it has a big buckle. This went on and off easily for her comfort. She is a 14 month old King Charles Cavalier and Iâm glad I did not have to return it. We have gone through so many different harnesses and finally found the right step in harness for her at a reasonable price. Someday, I will get her a customized harness designed to fit her with all measurements. This one will do for her. She is a very active athletic dog who loves to run, sprint, jog , and walk.

I actually like this harness and it fits my dog well but it is unusable because the buckle is leeching black color on my dogs fur. Even with only wearing the harness during walks my dog has ended up with a dirty gray/black patch where the buckle is. The dog and the harness were washed and the stain returned. The buckle also left a black stain in the sink where it was left to dry overnight.
