It’s Inexpensive and there’s a reason for that
When we opened the package, the little light inside the interior ball was broken, the treat hole really doesn’t provide a challenge for the cat, if you open it wide enough for the treats to drop, they pretty much just all fall out with very little manipulation. I hate to give only 2 stars but in this case I’m sorry but its warranted

Easy To Assemble…Material Feels Sturdy…
This cat toy was easy to setup. The material feels thick and hopefully won’t break. The food adjusting slider wasn’t hard to slide and when I slid it to the right it opened up more.I will update this review by posting some photos of our cat(s) using it.

My cats love it!
I have 2 cats that play with this, so I slid the treat hole smaller to make it more challenging to score a treat. I really like that I can control the rate or ease when treats drop out. The lightening ball shuts itself off when no movement is detected, which is nice too. One cat loves the feather top and ignores the treat while the other one only cares about the treat and doesn’t care why the treat appears, only that it does! They work like a tag team.

Help my cat get some good mental exercise!
It took him a bit to understand that wobbling it around would deliver tasty treats.It has so much to stimulate the cats interest and keep her interested! The spring toy on top of it seems to be a hit, even if the dispenser runs empty.my dog is super interested, too. quality for the price.
