My Cat gives it a Two Paws Up!
Turned my eight year old cat into a kitten. I was a bit skeptical at first but once we started playing it was awesome. Dragon Fly was the best followed by the loose feathers. I find running it across the wood floor the most fun, we put down a piece of tape and have contests over how far the cats slide after running after it. It feels a bit flimsy but it has held up for two weeks of daily rough use.

Great product, but easily destroyed.
My cat’s go crazy over every toy in this set. The feather twirler is especially fun for them and the most easily destroyed. Replaceable feathers is something they should offer. I can pull this toy out and every cat in the house shows up. I can play them till they all lay down and stop and rest. If I switch while they’re resting, they’ll keep going till that second wind wears off. Good product, but it will be destroyed. In cat, that’s a compliment.

Ah, the Uahpet Natural Feather Cat Toysâa name that promises thrilling hunts and exhilarating chases, but delivers disappointment as flat as a lifeless corpse. Believe me, when I tell you, the quality of this toy is as flimsy as a house of cards in a hurricane. My two little feline monstrosities, usually keen predators, showed about as much interest in this as they would in a dead, decomposing rat. But hey, maybe your cats are different. Cats are fickle creatures, after all.Let’s start with the build quality. The retractable wand feels like it’s made from the bones of a weakling. One flick, and it seemed ready to snap under the weight of its own mediocrity. The feathers and teasers, meant to arouse the primal hunting instincts in my cats, were more pathetic than tantalizing. They fell apart faster than a victim in one of my frenzies.The supposed “safe hunting distance” of 60 inches? Donât make me laugh. The wand barely extended to full length without feeling like it was on the verge of collapse. I was more concerned about it breaking mid-play than anything else. And the replacement teasers? Despite flaws, is worth the purchase!
Note this was not made in the U.S. The product was a long wand that can be extended or retracted plus four attachments that are very alluring to a cat. My 3 year old cat is nodding her head in agreement. All items were tightly wrapped in clear plastic that was like cellophane around the wand. I found it a hassle to remove all the attachments out and had to use scissors which caused me to accidentally cut an attachment that also had fragile cellophane parts. So careful when separating attachments. All items were in a thin cardboard tube. It came in a bigger box with other Amazon products I purchased. What made this product worth the cost is the wand. It extends quite a bit and offers varying length options. I didn’t measure it but it looked close to 4 ft., enough to keep a kitty who you are playing with, from accidentally jumping on you. I also love that the wand retracts into itself to about a foot length so you can easily store it in a drawer. Both extending and retracting the wand is easy. I do wish that when it is extended, that it would lock into place. It does not. But seems to stay extended when I wave and swish it. My biggest issue with the product and why I could not give it a 5 star is for two reasons. One is that the cellophane attachment loses some of its strands. They are a very pale pastel color so hard to see on a floor or carpet. If not picked up, they could get on your cat’s fur and potentially ingested. Once I noticed that some of the strands had fallen off, I simply cut off the remaining strands still leaving enough parts for play. Lastly and the biggest complaint are the hook latches on three of the four attachments ( see photos). I find them very difficult to open so that I can attach the toy attachment to the wand, They are also less durable than the other latch. Only one toy attachment has an easy better quality open hook latch. For almost $20 for this product it should have the easy, better quality hook latch on all the toy attachments. That said, it will not be difficult to replace those latches with something easier to open and close. I have some earring hooks that close and would be perfect.

When I received this, at first I thought it was cheaply made, and that my cats probably wouldn’t like it. I was wrong. This is the biggest playtime hit at our house! All five of my cats adore these attachments–crazy love. The down side: the wand broke within about three months and the attachments don’t last very long before my cats destroy them. That said, I have three kittens that destroy everything they play with, so it could just be that mine are super rough on all toys. I cannot allow them to play with this toy alone, though, because they have dismantled some of the attachments, and I worry if I’m not watching them, they’ll swallow the little parts. I did re-purchase this toy, however, because my cats like it so much.

Die Spielangel liegt richtig gut in den Händen und mit dem “Angeleffekt” hat man beim Spielen mit den Katzen auch immer eine Ãberraschung parat. Die Angel ist sehr beliebt bei allen meinen Katzen und animiert auch die alten Damen (fast 11 Jahre alt) noch zu lustigem Herumgetolle.Die Verarbeitung finde ich sehr gut und besonders der kleine Anhänger, der nach meiner Meinung einen Schmetterlin simuliert, ist total beliebt. Nicht ganz so toll finde ich den einen Anhänger, der vollständig aus Plastik besteht. Er hat kleinere Teile, die von meinen Katzen gern zerpflückt und gefressen werden. Da ist Vorsicht angesagt. Aber wie gesagt, der kleine Anhänger ist super und total beliebt.Von mir Kaufempfehlung.

Not everything bought to entertain a cat works – but this natural feather cat toy has my sedentary cat leaping all over the lounge. They’re not just for kittens – my cat doesn’t go out and needs to shed some weight. It’s only day 2 and I can see a difference already. There are four feathery attachments and three of them are loath to attach to the wand. A safety pin solves the problem.

My two 4 year old cats love these! I attached them to my “Da bird” wand, as the string gives it a more realistic movement and the wand in this set. I’m not a fan of the wand that comes with this, as the attachments are right up against the stick which can get in the way of the fun, but the attachments are amazing when used with a wand that had string instead!

Meine Katzen lieben die Anhänger dieser Angel. Sie lassen die Anhänger nach dem Fangen nicht mehr los. Deswegen gehen die Anhänger schnell kaputt und der Stab ist auch mal gebrochen weil eine der Katzen mit der Beute Slalom um die Stuhlbeine laufen mussten. Eine Verbesserung wäre, wenn die Anhänger leicht entfernt werden könnten, sodass die Katze mit ihrer Beute weglaufen kann. Ansonsten wie gesagt: mit Abstand Liebligsspielzeug der Katzen!
