It’s easy to clean and quiet. Pets like it,too!
This fountain is so easy to use. Cleaning and filter changing take almost no time. It is mostly quiet but occasionally it sounds like a dripping faucet. Don’t know what makes it make the dripping sound. It’s small so you have to keep an eye on the water level with dogs. Having dog and cat visitors I notice that dogs drink a lot more water than cats and the filter gets clogged faster with dogs.

FANTASTIC FOUNTAIN Read my TWO updates!!!
I love this cat water fountain. BUT I go away on the weekends and I have automatic cat feeders and I bought this water fountain just for this reason. Last weekend as we were getting ready to leave, I always double check everything. I am so happy I do. I had cleaned this fountain, changed filters, etc. It was working just fine. BUT for whatever reason, it just quit working. We had to stop leaving. I took the fountain apart checked everything, etc. It wouldn’t work. I put a large bowl of water out for my 2 cats and left. When I got home, I again took everything apart on the fountain put it back together and it started working again. NOW, I know to never leave the cats with just this fountain. I will continually leave a large bowl out for them b/c I can’t rely on this fountain to continuously work!!! So, learn from my experience. Don’t rely JUST on the fountain for water for your pets!UPDATE!!!I changed my star to one—I wish I could rate it ZERO!Just last weekend I had rated it 3 b/c (thankfully) before we left for the weekend, the fountain for my cats quit working. I messed around with it and it started working. I clean this fountain as directed and change the filters too.Yesterday when I woke up, the fountain was NOT working AGAIN. Both cats were thirsty. I don’t know when it quit working. But when I went to bed it was working.I pulled it all apart again, used the little brush to see it something was blocking the little tube. I worked on it for over an HOUR and it hasn’t started working. I was irate.I went to return it but, guess what, I had missed the window to return. When I purchased this fountain, I bought a large quantity of filters b/c I knew I had to clean and change filters very often.So I am out the money for the fountain AND all the filters. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I read where another customer, the same thing happened. I will go back to filling bowls of water daily so I know my furbabies have water whenever they need it.UPDATE #2I am embarrassed to even tell you this. I kept this fountain VERY clean and used dbl filtered water. When it quit working, as I said above, I torn it apart. There was no gunk in it. I had friends over and one husband asked, did you pull the wheel assembly apart? Yes, I did. Did you carefully put it back in? I thought I did. I took in apart again BUT I had to use needle nosed plyers to pull the fan out. I put it back together and it is working like it is brand new. So, if it doesn’t work pull the wheel and put back carefully. Mea culpa!!!

Overall good
Great product as long as your dog is not a sloppy drinker like mine. I like the look, the fresh water and even the water sounds, but if you dog slops his water (like mine), you will be constantly mopping. The product does come with a nice mat, but unless you have something that is absorbent, you will be constantly mopping or drying the area.

Great pet fountain
I got this because my cat was constantly jumping up on the kitchen counter while I was doing dishes and trying to drink from the tap. Works as advertised and easy to setup and change/clean the filter and pump. The blue LED is really nice and can be turned on/off as needed. My cat loved it for the first 3 weeks and then randomly decided that she didn’t like it and stopped drinking from it. So I’m back to a regular water bowl…but at least my cat is happy, I guess lol

Broke after 2 months
UPDATE: the company contacted me immediately after this review and sent me a new pump as well as new filters to go with it!! Great customer service and I hope this lasts longer than the first one!Iâve had this fountain for about 2 months and have followed all cleaning instructions to a T. After using it for 2 months the pump started to sound loud which was unusual as it had never been this loud before. The next thing I know the pump stops working all together. There was no water coming out despite right before this happening the fountain being cleaned and refilled. For the price I expected better and for it to last longer than 2 months. Will not be buying another from this brand for my cat!

I have 5 cats and 3 fountains around the house. This is by far my favorite. Wish it came with more filters but it’s good nonetheless. The led light is bright so it is easy to see in the dark. The noise level is good in that unless you’re running low on water…you don’t hear it. Cleaning is easy and water capacity allows me about 3 days between changes. I keep a watering can nearby and fill it that way often as it’s even more convenient. Highly recommend!

Estoy totalmente satisfecha con mi compra, cumple perfectamente su función, recibà el producto muy rápido, pensé que al ser de otro paÃs tardarÃa mucho en llegar pero no fue asÃ, de verdad si estás viendo esto y eres de México o de cualquier paÃs de habla hispana te recomiendo esta fuente para tus mascotas, yo estuve buscando opiniones del producto en español pero la verdad no encontré, sólo en inglés, pero mira que estoy muy feliz de haberla pedido.
