Pleasantly fragranced, this 16 oz shampoo contains both Ketoconazole 1% and Chlorhexidine 2%. It’s specially designed to be antiseptic and is used in situations to help clean potentially injured or neglected animals.
WHEN TO USE:
Designed for topical use on dogs, cats, and horses to treat skin conditions that are responsive to chlorhexidine and ketoconazole. External use only.
DIRECTIONS:
Shake well before use. Wet the hair coat with warm water and apply a sufficient amount of shampoo to create a rich lather. Massage shampoo into wet hair coat, lather freely. Rinse and repeat. Allow to remain on hair for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. May be used initially 2 to 3 times a week for 4 weeks, then reducing to once a week, or as directed by your veterinarian.
PRECAUTIONS:
Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Wash hands after use. For external use on dogs and cats only. Avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly and consult your veterinarian. If skin irritation occurs or increases, discontinue use and consult with your veterinarian.

This shampoo arrived in perfect condition. I am so happy that I can buy online instead of the vets office. which saves me a lot of time and hassle. The smell isn’t too bad, sudsy and really keeps the hair soft. I really like this shampoo because it works so well with skin flare ups as well as prevention. the shampo is pretty concentrated and has the right consistency not to runny nor too thick. I use the same brand in spray between baths and also apply theemollient conditioner before rinsing toward the end of the ten minutes wait time. I do this because it easier to rise off and lil more moisture back to the skin. The seller was also great in taking the extra time to make sure the bottle isn’t opened and leaks by layer plastic over the bottle. Been an overall positive experience and definitely would purchase again. i buy the small bottle for a 13lb min pin so an 8oz bottle lasts close to six months at baths every two weeks.

Best Shampoo!
My Teddy Bear dog who is 8 years old started getting yeast infections on the bottom of her paws. I was advised by my Vet to use this shampoo. I cleanse her paws a couple times a week with this. leave it on for 10 minutes then rinse and dry them, It has helped alot. There are times when she gets a complete bath with it, in between grooming. Leaves her coat fluffy and soft. It really works for the paws. Also much cheaper than getting it from My Vet.

After tons of vet & medication bills I tried this. After 2 baths (1 day apart) my dog has stopped scratching by 50%! A 3rd bath is today. Iâm very hopeful Iâll save the vet money. Nothing else has worked! Especially the junk you buy at Walmart! Iâll update this as it progresses! Iâm so glad I found this product! Who knew pigeon poop could be a reason my dog scratches (from sniffing it outside). I researched the problem on google. Thatâs how I found out & found this product. Also, nice soft scent & fur is shiny & soft!Update as of 7/10/19. It worked for 2 weeks but came back & is going to the vet. Itâs still a great way to hold off til can get to vet.

Stopped my dogs hair loss! Heals skin fungus infections! Keeps fleas away! Takes away stink!
My little pup had severe hair loss when I adopted her. Her skin was also turning black and she was very itchy. My vet suspected a skin fungus and recommended this. The initial application to cure her skin required me to wet her and then add this shampoo to her fur. I would then wrap her up in a towel and try and hold her and keep her warm for 15 minutes. I did this a few times that first week and she was cured from her itching. Her skin started returning to her peach color and her hair started growing back. She does require this soap as maintenance probably for life. Now I just give her a longer 5 minute bath rubbing it into her fur during those 5 minutes and it’s kept her fungus away. I don’t need to do the whole 15 minute leave on anymore. However, if I completely stop using this shampoo and switch to something else her hair loss starts again so it does require maintenance with this soap. Be careful putting this on their head or close to their eyes as this will burn terribly from the medications in it. I definitely recommend for excessive itching or hair loss. It also keeps them smelling fresh and less stinky because it kills odor causing bacteria and fungus. Bonus is No Fleas Ever Touch either of my dogs from using this!

It works grate. My cat who needs us has quit trying to scratch us when we bathe her because she knows relief is on the way. We also purchased disposable wipes with the same ingredients and they do not seem to have had the same effect on her skin.
