amazing. SO helpful
let me start off by saying that i donât often leave reviews for products. only if theyâre either really bad, or really good. this one thankfully happens to be the latter of the two. roughly 2 weeks ago my dog started itching this same spot near her tail. at first i thought it was allergies, until a few days passed and she was letting me rub her belly, and i noticed a flea on her stomach. i picked it off and flushed it down the toilet (if anybody has dealt with fleas before, you know how it is virtually impossible to kill them in your hands).i immediately started searching for some products to help rid my house (and my dog, of course) of any and all fleas. first of all i bought 2 of the sticky terro traps that are meant for fleas. i put one downstairs next to my dogâs crate (sheâs still a puppy so to help crate train she sleeps in the crate at night). i put the other terro trap in my room next to where she lays.the glue trap next to her cage has caught a handful of fleas so far (not to mention a spider, a fly, and many fruit flies LOL so those are really helpful as well). for context, the terro traps have a lightbulb on them, which attracts bugs with its warmth. this significantly helped bc with the warm weather, iâve had the air conditioning on in the room that my dog sleeps in, so i assume some of the fleas werenât fond of this, and gravitated toward the heat emitted from the trap.now, enough of the terro traps. this spray here.. is amazing. there are 2 different spraying intensities- one is like a jet stream, and the other is more of a mist. both options were helpful. i sprayed it either directly on my dogâs fur (careful near the face!) , or on her brush which i then used on her. this stuff within seconds killed the fleas on her. any that i noticed on the surface of her fur.. one spray and they were falling onto the floor. if they were still moving when on my floor, iâd spray them again but at that point they would die and i was able to flush them.i used this spray on all of my furniture and carpets. no stains or anything. the smell is actually really nice. a nice spearmint scent. it isnât TOO overpowering, but either way if it gets the job done, i couldnât care what it smelled like.on top of all of this stuff iâve also given my dog capstar pills. theyâre safe to give every day in addition to using other *certain* flea treatments.so far now itâs been about 4 or 5 days and i havenât seen any fleas on her, and iâve been doing thorough searches through her furiâm not going to say this spray has single handedly saved me, because i definitely had the help of a few products, but this stuff works amazingly and if youâre having a flea infestation i would HIGHLY recommend it

OMG IT WORKS!!! Pls read my entire review
WE HAVE NO FLEAS! How can this be?!? I can’t believe it! I read the reviews and I can’t understand why some are saying Vet’s Best home spray doesn’t work. This is great stuff, worth every cent and more. I Frontlined all our pets, which was great, fleas gone on pets, but they were still in the house, in furniture, in carpeting, etc. We were getting itchy ankle bites while we slept. I sprayed everything. Had to get rid of a few rugs because I know fleas are experts at surviving in carpet. I have fought fleas before, years ago, before Frontline existed. I did not win the war. We spent years wasting a lot of money on bombs for every room, shampoos, useless flea collars, everything…for nothing. Then we moved. I know firsthand fleas are tough to get rid of and the key is not to get them. We’ve always had indoor cats and 1 dog. Since the introduction of Frontline, I always made sure to use that for the dog all spring and summer. But I got so busy this year. I didn’t get to it. In the back of my mind I didn’t think it was such a big deal. After all we’ve been flealess all these years. Would it make such a difference if I got to it late, in June instead of April? I was so stupid. Of course the dog got fleas and now 5 cats also had fleas. Thank God Vets Best saved us! This product works! Just make sure you leave no area undone. I dont know if it helped that I sprayed heavily before I read the instructions to just mist. The beds and couches had to dry for an hour or two, I sprayed so much. I sprayed in all the furniture crevices, between mattresses and boxsping, every inch of pet beds, any rug I wasn’t getting rid of got saturated twice. Fleas will find safe places to hide. Eliminate the safe places! We noticed the difference almost immediately. The scent was mostly pleasant but very very strong, all windows were opened once we realized how strong the scent. We put the dog outside and the cats in the bathroom for an hour in case the strong smell would effect them adversely. I had several blankets we keep tossed on couches. I washed those blankets in hot water and then kept them folded in a laundry basket in the basement since it’s summer and we don’t need them on the couches. No pets go in basement by the way. I assumed the hot water killed anything but weeks later I stood near this laundry basket to get something on a shelf and I felt something on my feet. Tiny black dots! Freaking fleas! Either fleas survived the washer or eggs did. I sprayed my feet and the blankets immediately, no issues since. THIS STUFF IS A GODSEND!!! I keep several bottles around the house just in case we see or suspect anything; 1 in the basement, 2 on the main level and 2 upstairs. We also bought a flea product at Home Depot to spread around the yard. It’s been a month since, might do that again just in case. Make no mistake, fleas are in this fight to win. Do not underestimate them. Get them everywhere they might be. Save yourself years of fighting them by doing a thorough job of killing them everywhere…on the pet, on the furniture, in the yard. Frontline (or similar product) alone won’t do it. This spray alone won’t do it. Just a few surviving can repopulate almost overnight! Vet’s Best home spray should be part of your arsenal of weaponry in a multi pronged attack. You CAN win this war!9/23/20 UPDATE: WE STILL HAVE FLEAS!! Because Frontline doesn’t work! We have used Frontline several times now and it’s not like it used to be. It kills some but not all. We called Frontline and they said we can use it again so I’ve been re-dosing 1 dog and 5 cats about every 2 weeks, lots of money spent. It’s not killing the fleas and they don’t open a claim unless you’ve used it for 3 months. That’s 3 months of fleas multiplying!! The Vet’s Best home spray though is doing a great job. We spray the dog bed, the front door rug, our beds (when we don’t, we get ankle bites) and all fabric furniture (couches, chairs). After this I’m trying Seresto collars. It will cost $300 for 6 pets but I’d give anything to get rid of the fleas once and for all. We also dump salt on all fabric furniture and the one rug. We definitely have them on the run but they are still on our pets. If only the frikin Frontline worked!!!

Works
Works well. Our dog did not have an infestation when we used this for one year. It does not work too well for an infestation of fleas and youâd have to get the pill. Our dog had an infestation of fleas from the groomery. After the pills did its work, we went back to this spray each time dog goes out and our perfume spray when she returns. Thereâs been no skin irritation, size is enough to last months for a mini poodle. Sprays on fast but takes time to dry, easy to use and dog had no hair loss. It sprays on clear and does not fade or color dogs hair

Amazing!!
We was starting to notice a flea infestation due to us starting to get bitten on the legs, and finding 2 to 3 fleas in the bed. We were spraying chemicals and giving our dog flea and tick tabs but it kept getting worse. We were at point of wondering will we have have to get rid of our dog, until… We came across this product. It does have a very strong peppermint smell but the results were amazing!! Within 24 hours a noticeable decrease in flea activity and within 72 hours no fleas at all. We used it directly on our dog to get rid of fleas and once a day for prevention. Sprayed our dog’s bedding, our furniture, carpet, rugs and our bedding and have been flea free since. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Will be purchasing more. Fyi get the largest bottle you can, you’ll be grateful.

Being able to use the product
After purchasing and receiving this product I attached the sprayer and when starting to use I lost most of the product due to the sprayer cap was broke but I never noticed it until my husband checked to see why so much was coming out around the sprayer. I love the product but I don’t like paying for an item and losing most of it before use. I should have noticed more when the box it was delivered in was crushed.

This product has a menthol smell which is very nice

It works but in larger quantities. Meaning more spray is required to kill fleas efficiently. Most die , some survive. It’s the best chemical free and natural alternative available.

This product does not kill ticks instantly, but I did notice the decrease in population. I like that it is safe for pets and furnishings and does not smell like chemicals
