Love it! Wonderful heavy, beautiful, safe bowl
Had a scare with a ceramic bowl chipping and cutting my finger with the tiniest sliver – luckily nowhere near my dog. This is a beautiful and safe alternative! I was really pleased with how nicely it was packaged for shipping, and how smooth and evenly it was made. I included some regular items and kibbles for reference (Farmina Med & Maxi Puppy, Royal Canin Lab Puppy, and Royal Canin Lab Adult). It weighs 6.5 lbs, and comes with four adhesive non-slip pads. One didn’t stick, but no biggie, used some g glue.My 80 lb lab puppy has always hated bowls and would flip them, so we got him a giant concrete/stainless bowl for his crate water bowl. For food we were using a 9×13 enameled cast iron baking pan until I tried the large ceramic. Never again! This bowl is perfect for him.2 cups of food just covers the bottom nicely. He didn’t shove any of it out as he ate. It’s nice and wide too, so he wasn’t bothered by his face touching the sides every time he went in for a bite. Washes up like a dream and dries quickly. Wanted to leave a legit review since I was hesitant myself.
