The quality is excellent
I have two registered and licensed theraphy dogs that need to be clean and well groomed for their work. This shampoo not only cleans their coats it conditions and helps them smell great, too. Outstanding and just takes a few drops for a medium to large dog

Great smell, bad packaging
Product worked so well but the packaging was the worst. About 1/8 of the bottle spilled out due to the cap not being tightened. Thanks to the smell, it wasn’t a disaster

Bottle arrived with a broken cap
The bottle arrived with a broken cap. I need the shampoo, so I did not want to go to the hassle of returning this and having to wait for a replacement, as this already arrived later than expected (I paid for expedited shipping and the product was delivered 2 days late).The box was not damaged at all, so it was packaged with a damaged cap.Not a great experience – late package and the product was damaged.

Our lab puppy struggled w overly oil skin & bad odor after using previous shampoo. After using this it was cleared up & smelled so much better.

Smell! Ingredients!!
I usually donât write reviews.. but this one made me! 1st – horrible very strong smell! My dog hated it right away. 2nd very irritating for dog skin – too much hair all over after the 1st use (usually almost no hair – Iâm allergic to dogs hair – Iâm very careful with this), and lastly- not safe for for dog mucous – his eyes were âleakingâ for days after a quick shower (of course I wash and rinse right away and was very careful with his face/ears).Hope it will help other buyers.
