Great harness
I ordered this harness for my daughterâs dog that is âin training.â It is a great harness made with durability and strength! I ordered a medium for her standard poodle and it did need adjustment but once I adjusted it, it fit perfect! It doesnât slip and my daughter is able to have more control over the dog although she doesnât really need much control as her dog is side by side with her and very well mannered and behaved! The value for the money is extraordinary and I highly recommend this product! Not to mention as well, the Velcro is very heavy duty and stays in place! Great buy!

This vest seems to be comfortable on our dog. Itâs pretty thick and is able to hold the Velcro stickies in place. Itâs easy to get on and off and we love the slight reflective design.

I have been using this vest for my service dog for about a week now. The vest I had before was more like a “cape” and I wanted something more harness like to attach the leash to. This vest/harness does just that. It has 4 buckles giving you different ways to put it on. I find it easiest to simply leave the front two buckles clipped and slip it over my dogs head and the buckle the rear. Sizing was pretty spot on and fits my dog comfortably and has plenty of adjustments. It seems to be well stitched together and I expect the harness itself to last me a good while. The patches stick very well to the velcro and have no issues coming off. However, I did rate this 4 starts instead of 5 because with only a week of use, the lettering on the patches has already begun to fade/peel off. While everything else seems to be high quality, it seems to lack in this department.

A purchase I don’t regret
Including pictures so those of you with a long haired dog can see how it wears. This is an exceptional harness for the price. I have utilized several other harnesses through my dogs life and this is by far the easiest one to get off and on him. There are 4 buckles attaching the top and the bottom parts of the harness. After adjustment to fit, I leave the 2 front buckles cliped and slide it over his head then clip the two rear buckles in place. The buckles are big and easy to clip which is very good since I have joint issues and some equipment can be challenging.Phineas is a Shetland Sheepdog trained to pick up dropped objects, get my cane, shoes etc. He is 45 lbs and I got a medium harness that required little adjustment out of the box. I was worried about fit as shelties are a barrel chested breed and sometimes can be hard to fit into harnesses but pre-measured and it fits beautifully.The quality of the harness is phenomenal. I was actually quite surprised at how well sewn the thick and well crafted material is. The hardware is all solid and not a single thing about it feels flimsy. I was able to find some similarly sized patches in addition to the ones it came with to give myself a little more versatility for keeping some patches different places. The patches for the medium harness were Length 3.5 inch, width 1 inch. and multiple sellers have those on Amazon. I wish the main harness came with a few more but for the price I am satisfied.The top hand pull is excellent for when I need to gently direct him to back to position him a little more out of the way under a table or against a wall while we are working. My dog is very easy to handle so I don’t use it to “restrain or control” him but if you had a dog that lunged it would certainly be great leverage. It would be useful on a taller breed if your dog were guiding you as well.

75 pound husky
This fits my 75 pound Husky very well. I donât like using a collar because it chokes him. I like to have a body harness. It also helps with him pulling because it presses on his chest whenever he pulls.

RUNS LARGE
I HAVE A SMALL 12LB PUPPY, SO I ORDER A SMALL-MEDIUM AND I’VE ADJUSTED IT AS FAR DOWN AS I COULD, HOWEVER THE NECK SECTION RUNS SO HUGE AND AROUND THE WAIST FITS SNUG AND THE SMALLEST FEATURES. ITS SO LARGE IN THE FRONT I’M WONDERING IF I SHOULD RETURN IT FOR THE SMALLER SIZE. SHE WILL GROW TO ABOUT 24LBS SO IT SHOULD FIT HER THEN. ITS NOT PADDED AND VERY STIFF. I DO LIKE ALL THE VELCRO ON LABELS. THEY FIT WELL AND I THINK THEY’LL STAY ON. ONE THING I ALSO REALLY DISLIKED IS WHERE THE RING IS LOCATED. IT’S TOO FAR BACK WELL BEHIND THE SHOULDER BLADES. IT’S JUST DIFFERENT FROM HER OLD HARNESS AND COLLAR. I’M STILL DEBATING ON SENDING IT BACK, LIKE I SAID. DURABILTY IS GREAT THOUGH AND OVERALL ITS SATISFACTORY.

This is the second harness we have purchased for our dog. The first one had nothing wrong with it, we just wanted a fresh look for our dog. Him being a very large breed (St Bernard at 207lbs) we need a durable and strong harness and this surpasses our needs. It also has lots of adjustment and is a very comfortable fit for him. Highly recommend this product, especially if you have a very large breed dog. We purchased the XL.
