Love it!
This worked beautifully. I love that itâs programmable and if your cat does something silly to unplug it, it will notify you. You can also give your cat an extra snack. In addition it will notify you if everythingâs functioning, not functioning, when to replace the desiccant, etc. you can set the portion amount and the feeding pace. In addition if your cat does something silly, it will notify you that itâs not functioning. That means the cat has unplugged it from the wall. The one is that we do have batteries, but if the cat has unplugged it, it will not function properly. Otherwise, this item is great!
Not actually super rust-proof (little rust at the end of the tube) but i mostly care about dispensing soap and its getting That job done at least. –

The app is incredible and has only had one connectivity issue in several months of usage. I no longer have to deal with my cat being stressed out and yelling at me to feed her every time I step out of my bedroom. The peace of mind is worth every cent.

Good value but has major design flaw
I purchased the non-wifi model because I’m sick of every product now using an app, we all have too much screen time nowadays.With that small rant over, the auto feeder is a solid product though it does come with one flaw – the power. It does come with a USB style plug in power wire, however the connection in the feeder itself is very loose so it takes a lot of wiggling and pushing to find the right spot to keep it turned on and powered. There is a design flaw in that the power insert is within the battery area so when the wire comes out it is forced at an angle creating a pressure on the insert and often shutting off the unit. Batteries are needed to keep the unit powered continuously, don’t rely on the USB power supply.

The app is really intuitive and nice. You can add extra snacks and modify how much is dispensed. This can help with cats on diets. I set it and forgot until Iâm reminded I have to refill. My cat, Gingi, already knows the call when food is dispensed. It doesnât get stuck. In the video I wanted to see if it did but it keeps dispensing even when thereâs kibble build up.

Exercise for a lazy cat
My cat turned 13 and decided moving was for suckers. At least, that was until I bought this feeder. Now that I’ve learned the interface, which is a little confusing at first, this little feeder keeps him running 6 times a day. Single portions of course. But he hears the gears turning and takes off like a bolt.

UPDATE 1/9/2025:Customer service is excellent and quickly contacted me. I had no issues since. Thank you!I’ve been using this feeder plugged in and everything was working fine for 2 weeks until it got disconnected. It is connected to my power strip and everything else plugged into it did not lose power. I had to unplug the USB-C and plug back for it to turn back on. Perhaps the USB-C cord has an issue. If it loses power again, I may have to return it.
