Perfect for rainy days
Got for our pup for rainy days since our backyard gets quite muddy. Love how easy it is to put on the boots as they expand open at the top and easy to unbelt and slip off to take off. The Velcro is quite strong, but I have found my pup had removed one boot by biting on the Velcro until it unvelcroâd but just had to train him to stop. Best part is that itâs so easy to clean! Just rinse the sole under warm water. Super functional and great quality. Highly recommend.

They fit perfect and came fast!! I have ordered from this company before so i know the quality of the boots will last. I use them on my mobility medical alert service dog. I wanted them to match her Halloween gear since itâs coming up fast! They look adorable on her. Sheba approves. Easy to get on and they stay on. They are very durable donât over size your boots go true to size or there feet will flop in the boots, making the boots slide and flip around on your dogs foot. My 75lb gsd wears a size 5 she can also wear a 6 on the front paws only. ð«¶ð¼â¤ï¸

great fit, boots stay on and have good traction
I tried several different brands of boots with poor results before getting these. ( the rest would not stay on, tried them all short and tall ones) The size chart seems to be pretty accurate. I ordered a size #2 for my dogs back feet which measured 1.625 x 2.375 . They fit good, and stay on well especially if you readjust them after they have walked in them for a few minutes. This was our new dogs first time wearing boots ,once he took a couple steps with them on, he just took off running like a little kid in a new pair of sneakers! DIdn’t even have a high stepping breaking period , he just took off! He seemed to like the extra traction they gave him running and turning in the grassy yard. However, My main purpose for getting these was for the winter and snow. The traction on hard packed cross country trails and snow covered roads seemed very good , and the boots stayed on pretty well also but I would recommend rechecking them periodically. Our dog is only about a yr old and has only two speeds wide open going as fast as he can or sleeping so Im going to say if you have a normal older dog these should stay on fine. All the other brand of boots I had tried on him stayed on less than 5 minutes. Now the waterproof part about the boots I would ,unfortunately, disagree on. That being said I have yet to find a pair of dog boots that will stay on, have good traction, and are waterproof. The bottom rubber is waterproof , but the seams leak. I sprayed ours with a waterproof spray which may have helped a little bit. The boots just cover their paws so snow and water will get in from the top where it wraps around their foot no matter if the boot itself was waterproof or not . I only way I could see getting around that would be to wrap that part with maybe Coban if it didn’t pull on their fur. Our little guy needed a different size for the front and back paws , so I’d just changing his boots when they would get too wet , since we had the extra pairs. All in all , yes I would reorder these, good product and good price.

Update: My dog chases balls and runs hard but we’ve only taken him out with the boots 3 times and they already have holes in them (front feet). Will be returning.The size chart was accurate and the booties fit my dog perfectly. He had an injury on his foot that kept opening up and bleeding when he ran so I ordered these booties to protect his feet. He got used to them after a few minutes and they have protected his feet while his injury heels. They stay on and seem to cushion his feet when he jumps to catch a ball. I’m very happy with them.

Overall great shoes to protect doggy feet, but the fit can be a little tricky
Pros: Good color options, thick protective and non-slip soles, durable for dogs who like to run and play hard, seemingly comfortable, and they have two velcro straps to secure the shoe to your dog’s foot.Cons: The sizing can be tricky. While the bottom velcro strap is adjustable, the second strap isn’t the same (it doesn’t have the plastic part where you can feed the velcro through to better tighten and secure the shoe). After ordering a second set in a smaller size, we still will have some issues with either the shoes coming off or twisting around so the protective sole is on the side or top of her foot and I’ll have to go over and fix them (this typically happens when she’s running around and playing but it has happened a couple of times just walking or moving normally around a building).Full Review:I was looking for good dog shoes for my service dog Charlie after a day out at a local dog event where I realized the next day her paw pads had minor burns from walking on the concrete and asphalt between activities. She never gave any indication that she was hurting so I knew I wanted to get her some shoes to protect her feet. After researching over twenty pairs, I decided on the XSY&G Dog boots due to their thicker soles, high reviews, and reasonable price. I went by their measurement chart but it wasn’t easy to get accurate measurements on a pup who doesn’t like her paws being handled. Charlie is a rescue mutt who weighs around 35 pounds, but she’s tall and lean (we suspect she had some greyhound in her based on how she runs and how fast she is). By weight, she would be a Size 4 but I had measured her a couple of times and there was some variety in her actual measurements. I ordered a Size 3 and she wasn’t a big fan when they came in. I tightened them as much as I could and her front two shoes seemed to be okay but her back two shoes came off very quickly. I ended up needing to order a second pair in Size 2. She wears Size 3 on her front paws and Size 2 on her back paws (I’ve read it’s fairly common for dogs to have different size front and back feet so keep that in mind when you purchase them; I do like having an extra pair of each size to use when one pair needs to be cleaned or if one gets lost). Even when I try my best to secure them tightly, they still can come off or a shoe will rotate around her foot so the bottom protective sole is on the side or the top of her foot and she’s walking on the fabric instead. I probably have to either adjust or put one of her shoes back on at least once whenever we go out. So for that, I’d recommend getting a color other than black so they’re easier to spot if they come off. Otherwise, they seem pretty comfortable for her. She was able to adjust to wearing them within a few days and doesn’t usually try to mess with them or take them off purposefully. I feel much better knowing her paws will be protected on hot surfaces (especially since we live in the south where it gets very hot) and potential hazards like anything sharp or gross she might step on when we’re walking through parking lots or down the sidewalk. I definitely wish there was some kind of adjustment that could be made so the shoes are less likely to turn or come off but I’d rather have to fix them when that happens than risk her feet getting hurt. Overall, I’m pretty happy with them and Charlie seems to be good with them too. 🙂

My daughter uses these boots regularly on her service dog to protect his feet from hazards in an urban setting (pavement heat, sharp items, etc.) She has used them for two years and they have held up great! Bought these for my Labrador who struggles to operate his back legs….his feet slide all over the place and he’s constantly falling over. Wow what a difference! He was happy for me to put them on (they are easy to do) and walks so much better and his back legs are not dragging. Keep them on all day and just take them off at bedtime, although they could probably stay on 24 hours a day. Seen him run for the first time in months. These boots have made such a huge difference.
