    Love it!
This is super nice quality, looks nice, and my husband put it together in about 15 minutes. He said it was easy to assemble and the instructions were fine. It comes with a manual screwdriver but you’ll definitely want an electric screwdriver/drill! Other reviewers said the screws were lousy but we used them and they seemed solid to us. It’s a great addition to my gym.

    Sturdy box, easy assembly
Based on my experience, I think Yes4All has read some of the negative reviews here and taken steps to address them. Assembly was nice and easy. The instructions were clear, including for the cross-beam support that goes in the center of the box. The screws were all silver, (no mention of gold/white screws), and were all the same size. The screws were Phillips head, so I was able to use my power screwdriver instead of an allen wrench. The pre-drilled holes worked well, so I didn’t have to drill anything out. The one issue I ran into is that one of the pieces wasn’t cut perfectly so I had to sand it down a bit to make it fit. Overall, assembly took me less than 30 minutes. The box feels sturdy and should be a nice addition to my workout equipment.

Great box, but drill pilot holes
The box is sturdy and pretty easy to assemble. I would certainly buy it again. It comes with an allen wrench for the screws and with a few extra screws, which is nice. Note, however, that you should drill pilot holes using a 1/8″ bit (or maybe 7/64″). Without a pilot hole, you’re likely to strip the screw heads and possibly split the sides. Also leave the sides a little loose before you put in the interior cross braces. Get them positioned, then tighten the sides. Two other minor notes: (1) The grippy surface on one side of my box was slightly defective (see picture), but it is not a big deal. The surface provides a good amount of friction. (2) The printed instructions do not depict the internal cross-braces accurately. The pictures show the end blocks on each crosspiece placed on alternate sides of the crosspiece, but the end blocks are on the same side. This doesn’t affect the functioning.

    Great product
Some assembly required. The item once assembled is perfect. The problem is with the assembly. None of the pilot holes were drilled properly. We had to re-drill the holes and the interior support/brace was not preassembled to match the instructions so we had to completely drill that in order for it to match. Overall, now that it is assemble it is a great product.

    It’s a sturdy box
ASSEMBLY AND INSTRUCTIONSIt isn’t necessary, but I recommend having a second person to help with the assembly. A screwdriver or drill, however, is absolutely necessary, as the provided tool is useless. Otherwise, the instructions are not complicated. You put some pre-cut wood together, then put the provided screws into pre-drilled holes. Be mindful of the text on the boards when determining which sides you want facing up, and try to not tighten the screws too much until you get the final board to fit in with the rest.WEIGHT CAPACITYIt didn’t creak or shift in any way when I did weighted step-ups (total weight: 250 lb.) onto the 20″ height. The product page says it can handle up to 450 lb., which seems believable. You could probably increase that capacity by adding more internal support.OTHER FEATURESThere are two handles to make transportation easier, the edges are sanded to be harmless, and there is some kind of textured sheet over the wood to protect it and prevent slipping. While doing step-ups in sneakers, I didn’t perceive any risk of slipping.PRICEAt least at the time of my purchase and at the chosen dimensions, there was no product with a better price. I still think premade plyo boxes expensive for what they are, but I thought it was worth the time and effort saved having to collect the materials and make it myself.

YOU WILL NEED POWER TOOLS, GLUE, AND WISH YOU HAD 3 HOURS OF YOUR LIFE BACK
I don’t make a habit of posting negative reviews unless something is egregious, but “pre-drilled” holes is lies and BS. Let me save you some time and heartache/hassle. For someone who likes to build things and has tools and spare time, this could be a great fit.DO NOT BUY THIS PLYO BOX UNLESS YOU HAVE:- 3 + hours of time to dedicate to assembly- at least an 18V drill that is fully charged and ready, and 3.18mm drill bit(1/8″). I had a 20V that I used.- a 3mm Bit Socket and Ratchet/Socket wrench- Wood Glue- sandpaper (not pictured)- rubber mallet- patienceThe kit mentions gold, white and silver screws. THERE ARE NO GOLD OR WHITE SCREWS. You will have silver screws. They are somewhat soft and if you have ape hands like me, you might break a few.Because the exterior particleboard has a finish on it, the 18V+ drill is important – my 12V lighter, snappier drill didn’t have enough torque even with my ape hands pushing on it to power through the particleboard. My 20V made it happen. The particleboard edges need some quick sanding and you might get some splinters, and in many places the cool black finish has simply splintered off. It looks like the parts have seen war, or, have at least had a journey of nobody caring. Literally, someone threw wood and gave no poops about how the product would arrive. The instructions are hilarious. They reference putting together a product that has been thoughfully drilled with pieces that fit. Throw the instructions away, they are not helpful. Ikea will look like Shakespeare after this. Here’s how this goes: The interior support pieces also aren’t pre-drilled. You’ll need to drill ’em. The particleboard is soft, so plan to also back it up with glue. Put it aside and let the connection firm up.Assemble the exterior structural walls (I used a box to keep it level) and pre-drill for the screws. Try the EDGE screws first, then the center screw but only about 90% tight. Once you have the exterior walls and bottom floor in place, you’ll need to install the center support.Pre-drill this one as well. Tap it in place with the rubber mallet, and then place wood glue along the edges before screwing into place – FULLY tighten.Tap the “ceiling” panel into place. Again, pre-drill and get all the screws in 90%.Here is where you’ll need to rubber mallet tap and then 100% tighten with the ratchet/socket wrench until you see visible gaps close up.Had I known this would take 3+ hours and a lot of patience, I would have purchased a very different item. The edges remain rough, I’ll need to sand them again, and one corner isn’t exactly flush which upsets me but isn’t worth the level of effort to go back through to fix. The cool hex pattern was also splintered off, so it looks like my plyo box saw combat. I’m not happy about this, but after gathering all my tools and unpacking and recyling the box, it was more effort/hassle to drive the thing to a return spot (after paying for a box) since amazon won’t pick stuff up from your house anymore without an epic fee … don’t buy this plyo box unless you have all the tools listed. You’ll regret it.And, if you estimate your free time to have a cost – $20/hr? $30/hr? PLUS the cost of tools or renting of tools… this is one really expensive plyo box. Search elsewhere.

Good solid plyo box. The screwdriver it comes with is basically useless. You will need a drill and soft mallet to finish it. Otherwise, easy to assemble.

    小学生のサッカー少年用に購入。簡易の電動ドライバーにて組み立て。ひとりで組み立て10分少々掛かりました。ボックスの面には滑り止めが施されています。見た目も安くないですし頑丈にできてます。

I just bought a second one of these boxes, I liked the first so much. As others have mentioned, the included screws are useless, get some decent number 8, one and a half inch screws. It takes barely five minutes to put together once you have the hardware. These are extremely solid, the first one has had 300lbs+ dropped on it several times without any damage.
