Easy, cheap, and entertaining
I made the video to show my mom how much I loved it and figured it was also worth a review. I blend up a banana, apple, and throw some peanut butter in there (you can also use yogurt) and freeze. Simple, easy, and cheap overall I think. I also love making my dogs treats because so many brands put all these extra ingredients that I don’t like or our dog is allergic to. It’s a great way to keep your dog entertained and definitely is built to last. Love that it is dishwasher safe as well! Definitely a life saver it feels!

Great for smart dogs
I have a one year old pitbull, pointer mix who figures out his treat/puzzle toys fast and this toy helps keep him occupied for around 30 min. I love that you can customize the inserts. Right now I am using a mixture of low sodium bone broth, pumpkin, and a little peanut butter and my dog loves it. It is pretty durable. My dog did manage to rip off one small piece of it but I would still say it is pretty durable. One thing I noticed on here is some people have issues screwing the bottom back after repeated use/ cleaning. I started to have the same issue and I just applied a small amount of olive oil to the ridges to fix the problem.

I wrote a review for the blue ones over a month ago
…and I think the manufacturer either heard our complaints about the difficulty opening this product and changed the product for the better, or the red ones are made of different materials. For some reason the blue ones are really, really hard to unscrew. The threads stick and the rubber absorbed any cooking oil I used to grease them. I wound up using food-grade, non-toxic silicone lubricant on the threads. These red ones just work. No sticking! My dogs love them, they’re easy to clean and refill, and I have no complaints. My only worry is whether the silicone tray to make the pupsicles is sturdy enough to last. At this point I have a stack of trays because each ball I buy comes with a tray, so I’m not that concerned. They’re cheaper than the original and serve a house full of foster dogs at a lower cost.

Durable
I have two Cane Corsos, and they absolutely love this! But they go through the peanut butter so quick, but I think I will trying make their own treats too maybe slow them down. But 8.5/10 love it! And it’s a very fair price for how durable it is, and dishwasher safe is a huge plus!

My Rottweiler chomps top off in seconds!!!
He absolutely loves this ball and it’s pretty indestructible despite the ease of the end popping off. It holds frozen treats exactly as advertised, rolls/bounces, and takes a beating as promised. It’s just that the chomping force pops the threads loose lickety-split!!! (I have no idea how you’d overcome this) My dog will naw and chew on this thing like a stress ball or chewing gum for hours on end!

BEST QUALITY dog toy iâve ever had
I havenât had mine for long yet, but I can tell that this toy will last YEARS.The rubber is impressively solid and thick considering the toy isnât that heavy, yet itâs just heavy enough for it to stay in place while the dog is licking. The large size is just right for my 80 lb german shepherd, it holds a perfect amount of food for enrichment feeding and itâs also a great size for tossing across the yard for fetch (however I would not recommend letting your dog catch this in the air with their teeth, it is hefty), I just love all the ways this toy can be used and it entertains my dog for up to an hour. This is a great price for everything you will get out of it, I love this toy so much that iâve already ordered another!

Disappointed
Purchased 4 of these in the end of May. I have 2 dogs who get 1 every day so each one gets used every other day. Washed by hand amd air dried.. with in 3 months they have all become very difficult to open. Month 4 2 will not open at all. Month 4½ all 4 are basically trash. They will not unscrew. Even my husband (oil field strong upper body strength can not get them open) my dogs love these treats but I can not see spending so much money on something that will not last very long. And yes I have tried oiling them with pet safe oils, And opening as soon As the treat was gone, as well as soaking in hot water. Nothing seems to help. They were great at first but now trash.

Opening is too big – not safe
My dog got this hooked on his jaw over a tooth, and the only way to get it off was cutting it apart with super strong wire cutters. Opening needs to be smaller. The only reason I gave it a second star is because it IS strongâ¦good for aggressive chewers, but there is a danger of it getting stuck on the jaw.
