It started with JJ
ZippyPaws’ co-founder Jen adopted an adorable golden retriever puppy in 2003. Being the friendly puppy he was, JJ quickly won the hearts of everyone he met. Some of his favorite activities include sleeping with his paws in the air, rolling in the grass, and playing with squeaky plush toys.
As a business student at the University of Southern California, Jen wanted to leverage her family’s 20 years’ of manufacturing experience in the pet industry and her strong design background to create a boutique brand of pet products. My dogs annual BDay gift!
These hide-away type toys are my dogs absolute favorite! She gets a different one every year for Christmas and her Birthday. At age 6 we now have lotâs of little stuffed critters around the house!They are great at keeping her entertained while we are gone which helps with her separation anxiety. Sheâs a beagle mix and has no problems getting her nose or the tips of her paws into the holes. I think they are just the right size to hold the critters in but not so much your dog will get frustrated. If you have a flat nosed breed, a very large dog or just a dog with big paws then all you have to do is take some scissors and snip the holes a smidge. You might want to sew around the snip to keep it from unraveling.The critters hold up well against anything but the most aggressive chewers. Itâs well made; but itâs still just a little stuffed animal. If your dog repeatedly tears into it like itâs a Kong ball then itâs gonna âdieâ and itâs guts will be all over your floor. But fear not! You can order replacements of just the little critters (which I wouldnât mind having for myself tbh)! And thatâs awesome.

Really Great toy! We’ll made and worth the price.
My puppy loves this toy! She is a 4 month old Shih Tzu. She loves to pull the bears out of the ice cube and plays with all parts constantly. We have this one and the Seahorse one. She loves them both. Very well made. No holes or tears after hours of play.

Dog toy
These were bought to use as prizes at Conroe Kennel Club dog show in November 2020 – dogs absolutely love them – they have so much fun diving for the prize and scooping it to toss about – and I think they as much enjoy sticking their noses in the holes as they do finding a prize for their efforts! I bought these toys in blue and yellow as these are the only colors dogs can see – everything else is mostly just grey. I was seeking visual stimulation as well as inquisitive stimulation! Toys are sturdy and soft and even up do destructo dog attention!

Small bears
This is a sweet toy, and withstood a few days of rough chewing. I would love if the company made a bigger version for dogs with bigger mouths. These are small, and since I didnt want my dog to swallow a part of a toy, I only allowed her to play with it supervised. All the bears had nice loud squeak.

Great quality
Good quality something you would find in a high end pet boutique. It does not show in the manufacturers image but each bear has a little red scarf. The scarf and igloo colors are as seen in their images. I placed a pen so you could see the size of the bear. No foul odors noted.If it helps anyone, I always wash and remove any stray strands on a toy to prevent accidental ingestion. The image you see I have washed and they came out great under regular cycle and dried in dryer under permanent press cycle.

Purchased this for Christmas for our little Teddy Rat Terrier & she loves this. She has tons of toys but this is in her favorites group. She loves pulling out the 3 bears & running around with one of them or the igloo in her mouth. We thought sheâd immediately tear out the squeakers but she hasnât. They more or less still squeak. Itâs an adorable & well made toy that looks brand knew still,

My dogs love these! They ‘kill’ the squeaker fast, and eventually tear them apart. They get lots of fun play time, my guy favorite is the ‘house’ part, the igloo shape is his ultimate fav. I’ve bought numerous hide and seek toys. The other small negative for me is the polar bears don’t look like polar bears. Since they aren’t the cutest, I didn’t mind my dogs ‘murdering’ them! Ha! For my dogs, I expect them to rip them and tear them apart eventually which is fine with me cuz their dogs and that’s what toys are for. Very comparable to like products. Dog mom approved!
