So nice for houseplant repots
These are so nice and convenient for re-potting houseplants. Keeps the mess down, sooo good with back filling in tight spots, they are small and stackable so they dont take up alot of space. They are really good quality, and just so nice to have around. Definitely recommend if you are using instead of having to use your hands or a big spoon from the kitchen ahaha!

Why did I never buy these before?
I have sensory issues, and one of the things I hate is touching dirt. A little bit is okay, but grabbing handfuls of potting soil just makes my skin crawl. Yet somehow, until I saw a video of someone using these online, it never occurred to me that soil scoops are a thing.I know they seem so frivolous, but it’s been SUCH a quality of life improvement for all my repotting. Trying to fill a pot by hand is messy and wastes a lot of soil because I can’t pour it into the crevices around the plant’s rootball. These scoops just funnel it right in, with very little mess involved. I didn’t really need 6, but I guess if I lose one, at least I have 5 more as backup. Anyway, no matter what anyone thinks about them, I love mine and I’m so glad someone thought to create them!

Easy to hold
I have issues with my hands so gripping handles, like a gardening shovel, for even a short amount of time can cause me a lot of discomfort where my hand cramps and I need to use my other hand to release my grip. These little shovels are light and easy to hold since I don’t need to wrap my whole hand around a narrow grip. They’re also a lot easier to use when working with smaller pots and narrow window boxes. I split the set with my mom, who was adamant she didn’t want/need it, but after using one for a few minutes was sold for the same reasons I like them. Plus it’s a lot less mess!
