I have tried many cardio workout products, videos, since the pandemic started. This one is unique. The quality you can tell is not china stuff that breaks easily. The videos are fun and intense. The bands and jumping rope adds more fun and intensity.My 10yr old daughter enjoys working out with me. We use the cones for running and jumping.The system is like having your own personal trainer without paying a lot and you can use your creativity incorporating different types of exercises at your own pace.The kit comes with a small bag, which makes easy to take with you when you are on vacation. Feel the burn!
Great product!Since the whole covid thing started and gyms shut down Iâve been working out at home. Itâs hard to find decent substitutes for gym equipment, especially cardio machines so I was starting to lose hope on keeping up with my activities until I found this kit!The video workouts and exercise routines using the ladder are super intense and well explained. I can feel the burn and I can feel the heat! I love the bands and the rope too, so when I use them all together I feel Iâm getting an equally successful workout as Iâd be getting at the gym, with the addition of having a personal trainer explaining everything to me!The whole kit comes in a nice and small bag, making it easy to transport and keep all my workout gear organized. Definitely recommend it!

Overpriced and poor quality
Cheap product and the seller is the worst. They are promising to reimburse people for their order and then not holding up their end of the bargain! They lie and cheat just to get your money then ignore your request to make it right! The product is cheap the jump rope is do thin you can’t even use it. I made one of the worst decisions ever making this purchase

I believe that sealing the package at least with the basic might have been better ootion rather than sending this just like the way i received it. Shipping carriers are not to blame if something gets out of the packages. The responsibility is the company that is selling the product. This is a no no guys.
