Good idea terrible product
No instructions at all. With the product or on the site itself. Figured it out however when I was picking the hair off it, the rubber pad came off and does not go back on! Iâm so frustrated!

Only one brush
I disliked that there was not product description that said there is only one brush. Every picture of the product and the video show two brushes. I was fooled. Second, I would only recommend this for cats with very thick hair. My cat sheds alot and I thought this brush mighty help. The teeth on it are too thick for a normal thickness of hair. It doesn’t pick up the hair after brushing with it. My cat doesn’t like it. Although she is feral and has trouble getting attached to things.

It’s just not all it’s cracked up to be
We have a very thick haired Calico Cat and was so looking forward to the promises of this steam brush. It removed very little of the loose hair on her. After using the brush thoroughly, I still raked off more with my hand and fingers than the very thorough brushing I gave her. The concept of the brush is GREAT, but they need to do some tweaking in their plan for it. I truly wanted to LOVE it!

My cat is a fluffy Ragdoll and she loves to get brushed with this steam brush. She will roll in all directions to let me brush her. It has now become a daily brush ritual.

No instructions
I have yet to use the brush because I can’t quite determine how to use it. It seemed simple enough but the (very) few images on how to use don’t make much sense. I can tell where to put the water but their photo show a person pressing the water input seal as if it’s a button, but it isn’t. However, there is a button that remains completely unidentified. I suppose I’ll just have to try various options. I’ll give an update once I figure it out.
