Solid cat post
I just got a rescue cat who’s 10½. He was in need of a scratching post. This one was a good first step that didn’t break the bank while I figure out what he likes. This was east to assemble with quality hardware. I was surprised how solid it is. The carpet on the top & bottom is Supersport. The scratch pole itself is wrapped nicely with rope. The cat seems to like it so far. It also has little rubber nonslip pads on all 4 corners of the underneath of the base. This is perfect so it’s doesn’t scratch your floors and helps hold it in place while the cat uses it.
