A good bar shampoo
I really liked this bar shampoo. It gives a go lather and has a pleasant scent which is not overwhelming. It washes off easily and didnât leave a residue. My dog, who has allergies, was itch free and clean. Two reasons I went with a bar shampoo are the lack of single use plastics and I feel the bar is more economical as far as the number of uses per bar. This latter reason is subjective given I have done a comparison.

Great Dog Shampoo!
We have a muddy back yard when it rains so our pups have baths pretty often in winter. This shampoo is gentle, nondrying, lathers great and smells great! I’m allergic to fragrances and have sensitive skin but no problems using this shampoo. And the fact that it’s a bar shampoo is more economical and saves me from having another plastic bottle in myhome.

No plastic bottles!!!
This is such a great product! Simple to use, smells good, cleaned up my cute Border Collie like a charm. It feels GREAT to switch away from liquid shampoo in plastic bottles, and at a much lower price. I am storing the partially used bar in a little up-cycled take-out container. But with 2 additional bars in the wings- we have a LOT of baths ahead before needing to reorder. Thanks, Kelebs, for these lovely shampoo bars!

I like this better than the liquid soaps
It gets the job done. Easy to lather and rinse. First use my toy poodle’s coat was clean, soft, and healthy looking/shiny. Other products had his hair looking dried out but not this. The scent is very light but smells good. I use the Palmer’s conditioner afterwards.

Not sure what I think yet
This is our first time using bar shampoo for our dog. Itâs definitely different than bottled shampoo.Pros:- Cost effective- Good lather- Good scent during lather- Seems to help sensitive skinCons:- Scent doesnât linger on our dog after she gets out of the tub. She doesnât smell like wet dog, but she also doesnât smell like a flower.- Weird waxy feel on her fur after she is dry, usually lasts a day or two after bath. Maybe we arenât rinsing her enough after lather, or maybe the soap has some sort of conditioning type ingredient that is supposed to do that?We will give this another try before deciding whether to switch back to her Aroma Paws, which is expensive as itâs only con. A little worried that the waxiness might bother her too, or be hard on her skin and fur. Itâs kind of weird, but not ruling out user error just yet.

WOW I’m impressed
I never heard of bar soap for dogs until I came across this on Amazon prime. I’m so glad I did!It has a light scent and worked great on both my dogs. For reference I have 2 very different dogs. A short haired dachshund/Chihuahua and a long haired sheep dog.It was very easy to work up a lather and wash the dogs, I found I personally like the bar soap better, with the liquid soap I tend to overuse it.The soap was easily rinsed off and the dogs were fine after their baths.I plan to purchase the whitening bar soap in the near future.

Je suis très satisfaite de ce produit. Le format savon est hyper économique, beaucoup plus facile à répartir sur le pelage que le shampoing traditionnel. Il se rince très facilement, l’odeur est très agréable. Gros doute après le rinçage, car le pelage a un effet carton au toucher qui s’élimine au séchage et laisse un poil très soyeux et doux. Mon chien s’est transformé en peluche parfumée, un vrai bonheur.

super Sache für unseren Wasserhund. Die Seife ist einfacher zu handhaben wie Flüssigseife, da man den hund irgendwie einfacher einschäumen kann. Mit Flüssigseife habe ich des öfteren sehr viel benutzt, was wohl auch nicht gut für den Hund ist.Wir haben einen Lagotto Romagnolo (Wasserhund) und schon viel ausprobiert, aber das ist bislang das beste Mittel. Duft ist nicht allzu stark und nicht sehr blumig, sondern angenehm und neutral. Den Hafer riecht man schön gut, es riecht nach “Feld”, also nach einem natürlichen Hund, nicht nach künstlich und nach Parfüm.
