Laser does not work and one of the butterfly pieces does not have its âtail.â The balls make me nervous as they are meant to be opened to put the cat nip balls and bells inside-they are very easy to open and I fear my cats would choke on the small pieces inside.Also, there is not an option to turn off the chirping with the feather part.

Happy kitties! Or they were…. Update!!
Cats wanted to play with it as soon as it was out of the box! Wouldn’t wait for the initial charge so they were pleasantly surprised when their new toy suddenly did more! They’ve been playing 4 hours now and the battery is still running strong. Different activities works great for my cats of different ages, energy levels and play types. Only down side is the sound being connected to the feather switch, so it’s a little annoying with the bird sounds, otherwise zero complaints.UPDATE! Have had for less than 2 days now, the laser pointer now works only intermittently, I have found there is no activation “sensor” it’s either on or off, no standby mode. You can only be used when charged and turns off if the charger is connected.Great idea, poor quality. Will be attempting to return.Toy exchanged through Amazon with zero problems, as well as the company reaching out to find out where the dissatisfaction lie in their product. The replacement toy works far far better. The laser occasionally flickers but can be improved by pressing down on the black center cone gently to improve connection.Ok toy for the price, great customer service, happy cats.

stopped working properly within 6 weeks.
Our Kitten loved this toy for the first month. Laser was strong and a charge would last about 4 hrs. Two weeks ago she no longer loved it. She is a kitten and of course jumped allover the wire attached to the butterfly and laser so the wire flattened out some and the laser DOT that WAS A NICKEL SIZE…became a DIME SIZE. We appreciate that an extra butterflied WIRE was in the box…but 3 months from now…it will likely stop working well too.This was supposed to be a toy that would keep her occupied and give us a break from watching her every move. It is unrealistic to expect her humans to watch her play with it and stop her from batting at the laser wire. The toy now lasts barely 3 hrs before needing to be recharged. We are not happy with this product. It should be much more durable for THE PRICE. I have ordered a different but similar toy from another Company. I will compare that one to YOURS. We are very disappointed with this toy.

My kitten loves the toy, it just wasn’t well built and started making a loud, clicking noise after my kitten played with it for 5 minutes. This makes me not love the toy. Also, the infrared light doesn’t work. It never did from the start. And there’s 4 little black balls that I have no idea what they are for

Laser didnt work from jump
I loved that this toy had 1 of each thing my 2 cats love to play with. One cat loves to play with a laser and the other loves jumping and catching stuff like the butterfly. But the laser doesn’t work at all. never worked as soon as i made sure it was fully charged. So it’s useful if only 1 cat would play with it. For a cat toy over $20 i feel should not have any problems from the time it’s unboxed so i didn’t even get to see if my 1 cat liked it or not. Need to decide whether to return or replace bit after reading reviews on other people having issues with the laser os it even worth the effort to try again.
