Depends on the individual cat
I thought my cats would be thrilled with these. They love this kind of toy, and they love similar ones I have with metallic plastic ribbons. I have one cat who sometimes has trouble catching the toy, and I thought with this big bunch of ribbons she would have no trouble. But for some reason they haven’t taken to these. I think it’s simply an individual cat thing, because they are very well made, with knobby textured ribbons that cats can easily grasp or bat around, and they are sturdy, well made, and come in 4 colors. I THINK maybe my cats would prefer them if the strands were a little longer, but who can comprehend the mind of a cat? Your cat might love them. They are certainly worth a try, even if my weird bunch- surprisingly- turned up their little pink noses.

Our cats love this wand toy. They can “catch it” and still have many strings flying around, which keeps them excited and playing longer. Took it to the local shelter, where I volunteer, and cats there love it too. I had 3 cats at a time playing, which is a definite win. After weeks of play we had one tassle fall off, but these things aren’t meant to last forever. So I say that is still good quality. And you get so many! I donated half to the shelter.Highly recommend.

Cats love it
I have three cats and all three of them have their own color of wand. I did braid two of the sets of strands on each wand as they are so long. I left the rest loose but knotted the ends so it wouldn’t fray. The toy is great for getting cats to exercise and one of the three plays with it on the floor without anyone holding it. 🙂

Comes apart easily
First day having it and the bell come off in my cats mouth, had to wrestle it away so he didn’t choke. Within three days the ropes have dislodged from the wand. Skip this and find something more durable. My cat is only 5 months old and its demolished in under a week.
