Cute and fun for my cat!
Oh my goodness my cat just adores this toy! I just touch the handle and sheâs already pouncing and purring. She drags it around the house everywhere too, itâs so cute! I will say my older cat doesnât care for it but does like to watch my Lily pounce and play. I will say the handle is a cheap plastic and when it bends, it bends like a straw and the clear plastic turns white. But it still works fine! Iâd probably recommend it for an active kitty.Update: 12/20/2017 the first toy was destroyed by my kitty so I ordered her another one. Moment I took it out of the box, she jumped on the counter haha may be cheap, but itâs my cats favorite.

My cats love these!
Three of my four cats play with these, two of which are crazy about it and come running when they hear the bell jingle! That being said, the wings are prone to being torn or coming off. My most aggressive player and chewer of toys also ripped the bell out and I worry he may have eaten it because I can’t find it anywhere. Just make sure you supervise your cats playing and make sure the toy is still in acceptable condition! I recommend cutting off the butterfly once it’s too damaged and tying a different toy on the end – the wand itself is also very effective for using loose toys as wand toys instead, which my cats also really like.

our cats’ favorite wand toy
This wand toy is somehow better than any other wand toy we’ve bought in the past. We had one of these years ago, our cats loved it. They eventually loved it too much, and it broke, as wand toys do. We replaced it with various versions of wand toys over the years, but never saw quite the same spark that we got with this toy.Recently after another wandtoy-fail, I went back to my old Amazon orders and found this one which we had remembered as a favorite, and re-ordered. Happy to report that this toy is the same as it always was, and the cats are obsessed again.This toy is great for two main reasons: the string that attaches the little bumblebee to the wand is stretchy, and the bumble bee has a faint rattling sound when it moves. The stretchy string is why my husband and I always assumed the cats like this toy best, but they also seem to particularly love the rattling sound on this toy. We have had other wand toys which made some sort of noise when they moved (like a chirp), but the cats never liked those ones as much either. One cat, Peppercorn, is more of a player, and she usually engages with any wand toy, but she particularly likes this one. The other cat, Juniper, is more of a cuddler than a player, but she LOVES this toy. She drags it all around the house, meowing for us to play with her. It’s adorable and hilarious. She brings it up on the bed, and then we will play with her for a bit, but eventually she just drags it back off the bed and just lays with it for a while. We don’t really understand the affection for this toy, but we got the message loud and clear. I might buy a few of these to stock up in case they ever go out of production.

Kittens love it!
Both our kitten and my mom’s kitten absolutely love this butterfly toy! It does come in a random color but kittens don’t care. The butterfly is soft and cute and is holding up well to the very rough play of young kittens. The elastic is strong and seems like it will last. It has been a favorite toy since the minute it arrived. I will say that the 7 year old cat wants nothing to do with it.

Cats love it!
Iâm not exactly sure why my cat loves this thing over the others. I think itâs the right size and seems like a real bug or bird or something she wants to chase , plus it makes a slight noise that she loves. Whatever it is, this is her preferred toy by far & I recommend it. There is just something about it that she enjoys, and she will do flips as my son plays with her with it. She is 5 so not a kitten but loves to play. Well worth the money!

Great wand toy… except the fact the string side is WAY TOO SHORT for any kind of fun play with your cat. The handle is longer than the string side! You don’t need a long handle at all!Unfortunately app won’t let me upload photo

Great
Itâs my kittenâs favorite wand toy. I like the elastic string. She pulls the butterfly and the string stretches to the point I let go of the wand and she drags it into her tunnel. Very cute.

Cute but cheap string
Oh yeah the cats liked it a lot. But the quickly disassembled it-chewed the string in to. Pieces of string toy lying in flour now.
