Perfect for our needs

Mattress degrades super quick, seller uncooperative
Iâd like to start by saying that this mattress is ALRIGHT. The first couple of weeks that Iâve used it, following full protocol of unextending and waiting a couple hours-days to uncompress, it has been doing good for those weeks. THAT IS, until recently, 8 months in, this mattress just isnât doing it for me anymore. They advertise medium firmness, but this almost feels like a plush type of mattress. So, because the mattress has lost its support and has now caused me more back and neck pain then ever before, I try and talk a deal up with this seller. Boy, donât even get me started on the lack of cells of the brain they have (brain cells). The seller has told me that âAmazonâs customer serviceâ needs to be talked to. So I talk to them, they say itâs out of the return window. Understandable, itâs been almost 8 months (MIND YOU the page literally says thereâs a â10 Year Warrantyâ). So the seller then tries to give me a partial refund of⦠15%. Out of about 224 dollars I paid for this, I only get 33 with something change. The seller then tries to fully deflect all responsibility, and doesnât even try to start a return/refund due to this, or an exchange, or TRY and ask me to send photos and do a weight test on the mattress to see the problem. And then tries to route you through paths which clearly wonât work out for the main reason said above. So not only does the mattress last you under a year, requiring you to get one elsewhere or to do something to make it last a couple more weeks, but the seller wants to basically NOT give the â10 Year Warrantyâ stated on their main page. Never again should one buy a mattress this low quality, and Iâve now learnt my lesson the hard way.

Comfy and solid
The mattress so far is very comfortable – not too hard, not to soft. Warning: it is shipped in a tall square box rolled up very lightly with may layers of cello wrap. It is extremely heavy for a 5’3″ woman past her youthful strength. I made the mistake of unwrapping it, thinking to distribute the weight over the full size of the mattress. Now it was about my height, slightly floppy and still weighed the same. Could I find a handiman to do a small job like move it upstairs to the bedroom….Finally two male neighbors came to my rescue and for them it was a breeze. If it needs to go on a different floor, you need 2 people to move it.

Great bed great price
Everything about the bed was great it was so easy to unbox and open wrap for the bed to decompress it had the safety blade with it too.it was as easy as unbox 1 minutes work,unroll 2 minutes and that’s being careful the using attached safety blade cutting open wrap and removing took maybe 3 minutes the rest was just waiting but after bed decompressed the comfort was even better than expected.
