EXCELLENT WATER BOTTLE
Both my Syrian Hamsters have this water bottle and it works great. The base is sturdy and I like how you can adjust the level of the bottle for your individual hamster. Highly recommend this product.

Winter white dwarf hamster loves it
I switched from the ones that glue to the glass that are sold at Petsmart because it was a pain to clean and always afraid the glass would break. This one is Great quality but a little pricey. My winter white dwarf hamster loves drinking from it and it easy to clean and refill. It doesnt tip over or at least my hamster hasnt tipped it over and it looks good inside the habitat.

Happy gerbils
After buying 4 varieties of bottles for my 3 young gerbils, this is the winner. This one is our second from the company. The first oneâs ball kept getting stuck.. zero water for my babies! But this one is working great. I love the adjustable height. Holds enough water for a couple of days I had to have a stand style because in a glass tank thereâs no wires to mount on. This is perfect.

It’s lovely, but my hamster won’t use it
The stand seems well-made and sturdy, and the bottle is your average hamster water bottle, it’s pretty small but I did not feel misled by the pictures at all. It’s exactly as expected and looks great. For some reason, however, my russian dwarf hamster can’t/won’t use it. I’ve seen her attempt to use it, only to quickly turn away, as though no water is coming out. I am able to easily produce water by touching it with my finger, and the required pressure is truly negligible, but for whatever reason my hamster can’t or won’t use it, unfortunately. I tried taking out one of the balls, but to no avail. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the product or my hamster, so I can’t really say. Seems like a good product though.

Tiny bottle
Perfect for the application I needed. It is tiny and low profile, perfect for tight spaces in cages. It doesnât leak unless it is upside down. Itâs easy to pop off and on the cage for cleaning and it comes with the components for easy installation on the interior or exterior of the cage.

BUYER BEWARE IF YOU WANT DEAD HAMSTERS!
I normally donât write reviews but I wanted to save everyone the heartbreak of coming back home to dead hamsters and heartbroken children.I originally purchased three of these bottles for my hamsters to use while we were out of town for a week. I bought them way in advance before our trip to make sure the hamsters were used to using them. The first bottles we received were defective. They did not dispense any water unless you pushed the metal ball in a couple times. Even after that, the metal ball would get stuck and you would have to push it again to get it unstuck and for the water to come out. I sent them back and asked for replacements. The replacements seemed to be doing fine until we came back home to find the bottles were still basically full. When we checked, the metal balls were once again stuck so our poor hamsters died from dehydration. We were not able to return them due to missing the return period.Such a disappointing experience for an item that isnât cheap and for a brand that was highly recommended to us. We have purchased multiple niteangel products for their quality but clearly these bottles are not up to standard. Especially for the price.Do yourself a favor and avoid purchasing this bottle! Go ahead and purchase if you want heartbroken children and dead hamsters!

Ceramic stand is great, but the bottle leaks
Our hamster really loves using this water bottle and we think it looks great. The ceramic is high quality, and the bottle has a good capacity. Unfortunately after using it for a couple months now we’ve noticed that the bottle will occasionally leak, and it causes all the water to leak out fairly quickly and soak the area underneath.

This is the best water bottle Iâve gotten for my hamster. Itâs works so well, itâs also so cute. It doesn’t leak. Iâve had it for some time and it works perfectly. The size is also perfect, you can also adjust the height which is amazing. Super simple to put together. I love it!!

The only thing to note is the bottle is smaller than I thought but I have no sense of measurement lol. But thereâs a spring in the tube which can make it harder for the hammy to drink; i had to take the spring out completely.
