Worked to stop my dogs incessant barking!
These collars work like a charm! The anti-bark feature keeps our dogs barking under control during the day while we are at work and the remote control helps us control digging and other bad behavior after we are home. Highly recommend these collars! We even tested them on ourselves before we put them on the dogs, just to be sure they were not too harsh. Shock level of 1 is very effective and anti-bark level at 3 is perfect. We went from 15 Ring alarms for barking on day 1 to 5 alarms on day 2 and 0 on day 3…. speaks for itself.

Works exactly how it says it works! Has the sound, buzz, and shock. The levels of each is dependent on the pup. Not super expensive compared to other brands and has great battery life. Super easy to use. Only complaint would be that the adjustability is poor since you are given one large collar that you have to cut to fit. However, it is very nice that it fits all dogs.

I had the product a little over 30 days and the remote quit charging so of course I donât have the box to send it back. They want me to drive 45 minutes out of my way to get it sent back to them for them to put credit on my account so I can get a new one bunch of bull junk if you ask me.

Company stands behind product
The unit works great for our Golden Retriever with the beeps and vibration to help distract and calm him down when he gets overexcited and has trouble listening and obeying.Receiver suddenly quit turning on even when it appeared to have fully charged after about 7 months. Contacted support through address I found on their website for help with Amazon purchased units.After showing the problem behavior with a short video, a new receiver was sent. It took a little over a week to arrive from China, but is working perfectly and was a slightly updated unit as well.

Terrible customer service but works well when it works
This collar works well but it only lasted a few months. We had an issue where the collar started to beep vibrate and shock randomly. This would happen in a quiet house while the dog was sleeping. I worked with customer service to make sure it wasn’t in auto mode (it wasn’t, I made sure if this before I contacted them) and they wanted me to continue testing it on my dog. I lied and told them I did but I just left the collar on the counter instead, the collar continued to malfunction. I asked for a replacement or refund and they kept sending me links that didn’t work, I brought this to their attention but nothing was done. I gave up and will buy a different brand.
