The way the Dematter gets into the hair/fur is amazingly easy. Crockett loves to have his hair groomed. There isnât anything I donât like about it. The price of the Demeter meets anyoneâs budget and its performance is exactly what is needed. Thank you for such a great grooming tool.

AWESOME tool!
I really love this tool for my dog’s fur. I have a German Shepherd Dog with a double coat. I have tried many rakes and combs for her fur. One furminator’s teeth are too narrow and sharp not to cut and damage her fur. One rake had wire prongs that weren’t really effective even though recommended by German Shepherd reviewers. This furminator has little hooked teeth to grab the tender undercoat and remove loose fur. It has two different widths of teeth so you can use one for the first brushing to remove MOST of the loose undercoat and the more narrow teeth for a finer brushing. But neither damage the gorgeous coat. It leaves her fur absolutely beautiful and I haven’t noticed her scratching as much. I have also used the more narrow teeth on my cats and it does a pretty nice job on their fur as well although their fur is more fine. So, and all-round GREAT product for my pets. I am sold!

Efficient tool to brush a standard poodle or any dog with a tendency to have knots
Having tried many tools to brush a Standard Poodle without pulling this tool is an acceptable item. The description is accurate in all areas except warning about possible cuts or scrapes to the skin. While using the brush the human needs to ensure the brush is at an efficient angle to not have the ends of the combs touching the skin on your loved pet. If this is not done possible cuts or scrapes can happen.

After trying lots of combs for my Havanese, this one finally works. It actually removes matts.

Itâs painful for my maltipoo
This might work if there are a few tangles, but not for mats. My maltipoo has a lot of hair and my groomer retired. I thought I would try to do it until I found a new groomer. I thought it would cut through the mats, but it does not. It rips them out. Itâs not sharp. There is no cutting with ease. Scissors worked better.

Not for my dog
I had high hopes for these tools after watching the reviews. I think I had let my dogâs (fleecy fluffy doodle) fur get too long! It tangles so easily compared to my previous doodle (wavy). I could not get the tool through his fur. Unfortunately, I had to have him shaved, but I now use the tools every couple of days as itâs growing back in to get him accustomed to the routine and I am better prepared for the knots!

My little 13 year old 8 pound toy poodle has been professionally groomed every 3-6 weeks since his first bath. My little guy loves the snow. He rolls around in it. Getting to his groomer hasn’t been possible. His hair is longer than normal and thicker (of course) and when it dries he’s left with tiny little corkscrew curls deep under his surface coat. I brush him every day and was starting to worry because I couldn’t get to the problem before it became a real problem. This tool is great. You have to clean the hair trap after every pass and it is small (the handle is super comfy) but the quality is sturdy and clean. Maybe this company will give us a variety of sizes, widths etc. Now if I can get my dog to sit/lay still long enough for me to really do some gentle work…. :~)

Versand ging sehr schnell und das Produkt sah auch so aus wie auf den Bildern. Funktioniert aber leider nicht so wie angegeben. Ich bleibe ständig im Fell meines Hundes (Pudelmix) hängen und bekomme gar kein Filz heraus.
