Works As Intended, But My Cat Defeats It
My cat likes to get up the kitchen counter at night while the household is asleep (we have a small indoor camera on the window sill). Iâve tried everything to deter her – larger static mats, vibration/shock collar, sticky pads, you name it. Sheâs very smart. Larger static pad, she listens for buzzing, sheâs behaves with the collar on, sticky pads donât bother her. Thought a smaller static pad with sound and static would work – nope. Caught her camera doing tip toes around them. So I had to return the product. Still looking for a deterrent device. Not giving up yet.

I was hopeful, but not only does it not shock the cats, they will walk across them and then lay down on the mats. Complete waste of money

These don’t work on counters
They are advertised as working on counters, but a dog would have to literally jump up on top of the counter for the shock feature to activate. I tested it and had to tap different spots on the sheet to get it to beep and/or shock. It may work on furniture, but if you’re looking for something to deter a counter surfer, this is not it.

Very gentle
Could work for a puppy maybe but my adult dog and cat do not care about the shock. I felt it myself and itâs quite weak. The plastic material is uncomfortable for my dog to lay on so works to keep him off the couch a little bit.

These are the best things I have ever purchased to keep that darn cat off my counter in the restroom. I found this cat is pretty smart. Sometimes he follows you in to the restroom and you don’t know it. He’s a bit weird. However I noticed he used the sink for liquid relief. As upsetting as this can be. I bought these and they do come 2 in a box. Any way problem solved no more cat liquids in the sink. I know it’s sounds gross and embarrassing to even mention. But I’m doing my part.

Pet training, made easy
This was the perfect thing to help train my cats to know where they’re not supposed to be… No more having to tell them to get down from there, which they ignored anyway, now they know. After about 2 weeks, I was able to turn the training pads off and eventually remove them all together. They worked perfectly
