Bought this for our dogs to be more comfortable during hot summer days. Placed the it in the freezer for a couple of days and took it out. Within 2 min, it was already warm. I put my hands on it to see if it’s a coolness that appears over time but it just got warmer. Total waste of money

It does feel cool to the touch but I can only use it on vinyl floors due to mold. My fault. I should have ask instead of assuming. I bought a cooling pillow and it had a kind of cooling agent that was dry.But perhaps when it dries out a bit my pup will use it!

Shouldâve returned this but the dog treats it like a new blanket. VERY lightweight. No cooling that I could tell. Stays wadded up in her bed most of the time. Definitely not worth it!

My 17 year old dog has been laying on the tile by the front door. I put some cushioning down with the cooling mat on the top, and it seems to be a hit. It has been very hot.

My Pup Loves It
When I purchased this mat, I was a little doubtful as to its “cooling” claim, but it actually does remain cool. Every so often, if it feels like it’s warming up, I will stick it in the freezer for about 10 minutes, and it’s good to go. I wash it on the delicate cycle, and air-dry it, which doesn’t take long at all. My dog will lie on it for hours, although she will occasionally start chewing on it for whatever reason.

Nice little quilted pad…..how does it cool?
Nice quilted pad. I put it in a shaded area of my concrete brick patio ….there is no temp cooling with this product. Its an ok lightweight quilted pad. My cats ignore it. I do not find that the surface is any cooler than if it was just the brick …..
